this is the IMG calling in to report Junker Marauders, a known pirate group operating sirius-wide, using your Freeports to escape attacks, drawing in violence by their actions and violating Zoner laws.

They ran from Tau 23, where the main fight happened, to Tau 29 Freeport 6, or Tau 37 Freeport 10.

This transcript sums it up pretty much: My folks were trying to avoid violence near the Freeports, but judge yourself from the pictures I attached.

• Renee was just a person watching it, not involved in the fighting.
  
• Swipe was the last of the JM to dock after 2 others did in the 2 hours before.
  
• The "running" already was Mr. Swipe who misinterpreted our standing down near the Freeport as running. He kept attacking, though, using the Freeport to shield him.

In the entirety of my honesty, I haven't laid witness upon this organization who purports to exude its machinations and plans under the connotation of "Junker Marauders" but from what you dare tell me, or well, us, they seem to stake a threat for the Freeport 10. Well... I can say for sure that it is simply unacceptable to have possible threats harming or providing any kind of possible pestering behaviour towards our operations. Regardless of their true intents and reasons, as, dare I say, your proves and claims are rather drenched in ambiguity, I shall ask you to rest assured as the Commonwealth will make sure that the issue with the Junker Marauders shall be resolved and they shall make provide no pestilential behaviour in the proximity of Freeport 10 ever again.

I request of you not to pay any heed or care for them having any correlation with the Freeports. For the Commonwealth shall the this matter into its meticulous, gold ridged hands.

However, dare I inquire, and s'il vous plait, don't flood me with any angst as for this inquiry, I am the scape goat and the medium of the entirety of the CoF, dare I admit. And how could I punish you for a simple mistake such as this when you are, aw so benevolent and ready to help us in our ordeal of upgrading our refinery by a modest yet magnanimous donation of 15 million credits. A feat which would make us focus so much on that little refinery that will simply distract us about the obligation of forwarding this communique to the other members of the CoF and pursuing the legal law penalties. Distractions tend to make persons forget.

So oui, I think we can conclude this little... problem you have presented us with mutual understanding and benefit. As I said, the Junkers will be taken care for in such a Commonwealthian way that I assure you, they shall not pester around Freeport 10 anymore. They will never even use it as a withdrawal point to which they will retreat when they see you. I promise that.

It is a pleasure to see a friend and ally answering in such a worrying moment. I'll be direct: I do not want you to forget anything. Nor hold back anything from anybody. I want you to go forward in the proceedings against those who clearly instigated the trouble around your Freeport in Tau 37, and who are already now and will be even more trouble to you in the future.

As for the involvement of Miss Huntington, she cannot be blamed for her decision to not let the targets get away. These ships pester us in Tau 23, extort miners and shoot up transports - targetting civilians mostly. I understand my Defense pilots when they do not let these Junkers abuse your Freeport to cruise off and return to the fight, fully stocked with ammunition. We have to be realists and I know Zoners are good at that. More importantly however, I know that you are good at that from our close and successful cooperation in O9.

You won't find 15 million on your bank because money is such an anonymous, cold gesture not fitting our relations in my opinion. I would say: look into the storages of Freeport 101 and see what changes in the course of the next 12 hours. I am sure, the part of my pilot in breaking Freeport 10 rules is more than taken care of afterwards, as time and effort is a harder currency than money. Proof will be presented here, of course, once it is done.

I fear that this will not it be the last time that I am contacting you and the Confederation of Freeports and - judging from past experience with groups like the Marauders and their abuse of Zoner bases - I know that there are difficult situations waiting down the road.

However, I am confident that we will manage to cooperate well and solve the problems together. This does not only encompass you, Mr. Robert d'Autoine, and me, but also the whole CoF.

I was informed by IMG Operations Department that my name was called out when it comes to the hostilities around Freeport 10 and 6.

The only thing I can say in my defense is that I tried to cease the hostilities (visible in the transcript I sent in) inside the 5k zone of the Freeports, but when attacked in it and taunted from inside it, things get harder. When I see that the ships that downed 3 [KNF] fighter vessels, destroyed a [KNF] Destroyer, destroyed one of my wingmen's ship and pirated countless IMG just half an our before use the 5k Safe Zone to charge up into cruise while right inside the Freeport structure to run off to resupply, I found it hard to respect the laws. I'll not say that I am right in taking measures against their getting away inside your No Fire Zone, but that the mistake is just the one of human being that has been put in an extreme position by reckless criminals.

I offer my apology, also in the name of the Defense Wing, and we will try to respect these rules next time. Adrenaline and emotions sometimes make it difficult and yesterday was very very difficult.

I would be glad if you could accept the apology in combination with the amendments that the IMG has already been done (see Miss Morrow's report).

I am sorry to cause you more work, but this one is kind of a rather blatant case, this time it is Freeport 1 in Omega 3.

The Molly Destroyer Golden.Rush. stopped me (IMG|Julia:Morrow) and IMG|Koppaberg, both Shishapangma transports in Omega 3. The Koppaberg was empty, my transport was carrying 50 Spaceship Crew from Freeport 1 that I had taken to fix Freeport 101 in Omega 9. They had some critical malfunction and were down to 91 % hull integrity.

The Molly Destroyer Golden.Rush caught us in Omega 3.

The real face of the pirate showed itself when due to the stress of trying to save these innocent people while staring into the guns of a Destroyer I made a mistake and mistyped the bank account, leaving out a "." in the end. Firstly, I would like to ask whether a decision about the Junker Marauders has been reached already. The Guild would kindly ask to be updated on the status of this process.

Secondly, Golden.Rush. struck again in Omega 3 when IMG transports were again enroute to support the Zoner base in Omega 9, Freeport 101.

This goes especially to Mr. d'Autoine, when I say: total damages to this one pirate in Omega 9's Freeport 101 supply operations amount to 24 million credits now. This is becoming more expensive than I expected it to be, and more dangerous than I like it to be.
