Greetings my TBH Brothers.
I am posting this message as the law it concerns is one your good selves introduced in the Council some time ago, though generally most Corsairs, in houses or independent tend to enforce it.
As such, i must bring to your attention certain events that transpired over Crete this evening while i was on patrol. I had encountered 2 traders whilst returning from a scramble sent to me by [TBH]Valentine, i requested their ID and one of them returned "trader", adding they meant no harm to Crete.
I scanned the nearest trading vessel, a train named "Hujuk" and found it carrying 4999 passengers. I immediatly and in no uncertain terms informed this cur that he must halt immediately, informed him of the ban on his cargo and made it clear to him that if he docked on Crete he would be fired upon. I also radioed ahead to the 2nd in command of the Outsider, who i had left in standby on Crete, to prepare for combat. The Captain of the "Hujuk" made no attempt to stop, nor heed my warnings, in fact, he was quite cavalier about it, dismissing the warnings and docking. I immediately landed the Nuren and met the Outsider at take off, managing to reach the Hujuk as she was idling after leaving the mooring clamps.
Informing him of his new status as a recently deceased individual i fired upon his ship until his hull was almost gone and he turned and burned up in orbit, I believe however that he survived the encounter, as trace signals of escape pods were reported by Crete surveillance immediately after.
What followed was then a complete waste of oxygen on this traders partner vessel; a "Ales Alitis" who insisted i had not seen passengers, that my scanners must be wrong. The fool fled the system. However, when i informed him of the passenger law as stated by the TBH he merely enforced his foolishness by having a complete lack of knowledge as to who the TBH were....
Needless to say, that particular trader is obviously the foppish son of some rich system rat, who has never been outside of whatever wretched hole he crawled out from for more than a day in his life, and not worth our time. He claimed to have brought food to Crete, and in all honestly i cannot say if he did or didn't, as i did not scan his vessel, only his partner, the "Hujuk".
I would submit to you though, that the "Hujuk" be warned away on approach, or killed on sight. He was in flagrant breach of the no passenger law - 5000 of the wretched system rats are now being hunted by the local militias as i speak - but you all know what an impossible task that is.....
