Didn't see it comming actually, was getting hit pretty hard. Yeah well I was trying to organize them, but things just went down too quick. But my point is that even though some players may be not very talkative, it would be good for you to be so on your part, -before- staring the fight.

Yeah it was a bit sudden, we hadn't planned for it to start off so quickly. I think it was because of the low visibility in the Badlands. Suddenly a Navy fighter's in your face and your squaddie drops an engagement message in what looks at the time like a state of panic due to getting too close too quick, and it just kinda went from there.
Hope that doesn't happen again, but I think it was just an unfortunate mistake on our part to engage so quickly. Badlands fog got us closer than we had intended to be.
Sorry about that. Hopefully it'll be a bit better in future encounters.
Also, on an unrelated note, the write up for the faction lore has begun in earnest and will go up later tonight or tomorrow, depending on circumstances.
