This makes more sense. It also adds strength as a defining trait of the Movement. The current form of Rheinland's government has lost all the wars it's fought so far, so I doubt they look strong, and are thus unpopular. The RHA capitalizes on this, similarly as the Nazies did in post war, revanchist Germany. I like it as a player, but if I lived in Rheinland, I would probably support no one and emigrate.

PS: Considering Sanja's comment, I am, among other things, indicating at the lack of Hessian propaganda. I have seen none so far, except if destroying bases is considered a sufficient propaganda.
PS2: For the record, I have just heard that some Kruger POB in some mining field I've never noticed before got popped recently. This has nothing to do with it.
