Tsar-something means just "KING SIZE". Its rather idiomatic.
Edits with more serious things.
Tbh, Imperator Navarin was weird mostly cos it mix of Imperator and battle-name.
Also just general side note to avoid future misconceptions. While in English ship is "she", in soviet and post soviet naval tradition warship - "he". Keep in mind when use russian adjectives for Coalition warships in naming. Obviously its not a thing if you use English or Chinese patterns of naming. (this RP havent it, but, just for future)
Honestly, this "class" are NATO thing, we use projects designation, that would be something like XKREV2M1.12 etc. Chinese use their type thing as well.
Centralised hardware mutes and locks went in cross with our (dont know about chinese) army and design bureau mindset, would be rather trusted officers on battlestations who obliged to do it, along with system which will check life signal of attached officer, something like that.
P.S. Consider it not as direct points, its rather info which i could remember right now, and which i hope could help a bit in more deep understanding of others military traditions.
