Stops on your patrol/trade route: New York->Illinois->Colorado->New York->California->New York
Brief report/outline of your patrol:Tactical Officer Vladimir Law entered the LPI SWAT facility on Police Plaza. He saw many of the SWAT members training hard, making sure they were fit and ready for engagement when they were deployed in a high risk warrant or a situation. He passed the gun range where sidearms were being discharged: oh how he loved the sound of a firing range. He decided to enter the firing range and went to the weapons armory, and asked the officer on duty for a weapon
"Officer John, I need a DM-9 with a scope and a laser pointer. Make sure its got a solid grip"
"Yes Officer Law, right away sir" the young Officer John said whilst he prepared the weapons.
Giving the DM-9 as requested, Officer Law went to the firing range and started to shoot. BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM, the gun shrieked with utmost efficiency. The smell of weapon discharge came, when Officer Vladimir Law pressed the button for an analysis of the shots. Perfectly distributed in the location of the knee-cap for immobilisation, the shoulder and the arm, Law was content that the practice for the disarming and immobilisation of a suspect was complete. He didn't need to practice lethal force in terms of head shots, he knew he could do so easily. The point was, making sure as LPI is a life saving, law enforcement organisation that he could do so.
Returning the firearm, Officer Law went to his quarters. Again, opening the SWAT quarters was a delight. He sat down on his lounge and took out his holo-computer to make the Police Report for the day.
___________________________________________________ Liberty Police Incorporated SWAT Tactical Report: 09/04/818 A.S.
Patrol initially started in New York as my officer detail. I heard there were pirates in New York on the Emergency Channel, however the pilot who did so fled, and I was outnumbered 6 hostiles to 1[a1] law enforcement. Heading to our LPI base at Fort Bush where my precint, 312 is located, a hostile Liberty Gunboat[1][2] suspect Giant Mistake and an Outcast in a VHF, suspect Stone.The.Crow[3][4] came to my position and opened fire without warning or intention, and destroyed my Liberator class vessel[5]. In the escape pod I thought how funny it was that the Outcast could only say so fast die and kill somebody without respecting the rules of negotiation. Oh how people would complain abuse if the LPI did so, but alas, it was how one acts after it is dealt that matters.
I set down in Fort Bush with my escape craft, and then got an immediate LPI flight to Police Plaza and equipped my SWAT uniform and equipment. Once equipped I took my Havoc to New York. At New York I commenced patrol as it was an extremely busy night for Liberty forces. Pirates were causing havoc in New York, and as LPI I had the responsibility to stop them. California was also off the rockers, smugglers were using the time to smuggle and in Texas Rheinland were coming in and out trading contraband and breaching embargo.
At the New York Jumpgate in Colorado, I encountered a pirate, a one Saetta who tried to tell me to halt and for me to pay moneys. I refused and it started to attack me, drawing down my shields but not damaging my hull. I passed onto New York and found myself in a very busy sector. I would encounter this criminal again, this time with incriminating evidence.
On my way to Manhattan I spotted 2 vessels, a one Choleriker[6][7] and Son_Goku[8][9]. Choleriker possessed 500 cargo of the illegal contraband of Artefacts, and Son Goku had a multitude of contraband with him, including 184 cargo of Artefacts. Due to the fact that we could not pursue both of them and due to the fact Choleriker fled fast, we chased Son Goku who refused to stop and comply to demands[10][11][12]. He fled past the lanes near Planet Manhattan, and I fined him $1 000 000 for fleeing the LPI under section 1(4) at that time. Unfortunately he docked, so I then charged him an additional $2 500 000 for possession of Contraband under s1(1) of Liberty Law, totalling $3 500 000 of fines. He launched from Manhattan, and he refused to stop again. A battle commenced[13], where eventually he was destroyed by Liberty Law enforcement[14].
After the battle and where the suspect Son_Goku was apprehended by law enforcement, the previous criminal Saetta entered near Planet Manhattan[15][16][17]. Possessing contraband and, fleeing from Recruit Officer Kez Ket's instructions, it made us view him with hostile intentions. He unfortunately fled before we could do much more.
Continuing patrol, we found a one O.My.God.I.Am.On.Fire who started to flee when we asked him to stop for a cargo scan[18]. We commenced pursuit, and pursued him 200k+ from all navigation marks to the south of the map. Myself and RO Kez Ket closed on him, and eventually were able to get screenshots of his hold[19]. During our 30 minute pursuit of the suspect, I fined the suspect $1,000,000 for obstructing the course of justice s1(4) by fleeing, and $3,000,000 for the possession of a large amount of cardamine breaching s1(1) equalling a total of: 4,000,000 of fines[20].
Due to the great work of Recruit Officer Kez Ket, he got in range and used his cruise disruptors to stop his vessel[21]. He then complied and stated that he dropped all his cargo, and being under the false pretences that he did, we let him go and he claimed he only had enough money to pay 1,500,000 of the fine. He did so and I sent it to LPI-Rikers. We were then escorting him out of Liberty[22], when we saw that he still had a large amount of Cardamine on him.
Due to the fact that he did not obey commands, and after I set a 30 second warning to drop all goods, he dropped 1 container after another. Each was destroyed, however we then decided to engage as he clearly was not co-operating[23]. Recruit Officer Kez Ket and I engaged him, and damaged him considerably however due to the fact that I have not trained sufficiently for the effective use of the SNAC, my vessel was damaged and the suspect escaped. Hence, he should be considered a flight risk and wanted under Liberty Law. Later he paid a further $1,000,000 of his fines, which I sent to LPI-Rikers as well[24]. He still owes 1,500,000 of fines to the Liberty Police for his crimes.
Due to being heavily damaged and the suspect escaping, I had to re-arm, re-equip and repair my damaged SWAT detail. Recruit Officer Kez Ket returned to base and finished his shift at that time. I was called to a high risk situation in California when I was returning back to SWAT headquarters on Police plaza in Illinois.
On entering California from New York, I wasn't surprised to see the suspect Saetta again attempt to pirate me for money, and attempt to destroy me. I had to continue to the Emergency situation and found, a suspect one :Rak: who was pirating the trader who called for assistance.[25][26][27]. It turned into a huge battle with alot of Hostile criminals which included the suspect, Saetta and other entities attacking ALG|Wamberg, who unfortunately was destroyed by the hostiles. As I was in my SWAT detail for high risk operations, I could not do much against fighters and was desperately engaging and requesting for backup.
At that time, Hellfire Legion members who were causing trouble in New York turned up, as they heard there was an emergency situation. Suspect [HF]Beta.4 was found attacking other vessels in the area[28][29]. I decided to possible retreat, however then a huge Spyglass Battleship, a one suspect [HG]HFS.Libertine[30][31] came out of the New York Jumpgate!!
I had a LNS backup who arrived before then, and when HFS Libertine came, it started to attack the Liberty Navy. I did my best to engage, and damaged it considerably and it had to repair itself, however unfortunately my vessel was destroyed by [HF]Beta.4[32]. Before being destroyed, I took my escape ship on my SWAT vessel and escaped through the Colorado jumphole and then into Illinois back to the SWAT Headquarters on Police Plaza. I had a few sunbucks during the journey, and planned training schemes to improve my SWAT efficiency.

Total fines this report: $2 500 000. Career total: $13 400 000
Officer Vladimir Law put the finishing touches on his report. He was happy with the wording and the attached evidence, and sent it to One Police Plaza. He had hoped those Police Officials, Primary Fleet and others that would read it would take note of the criminals on it. Standing up from the sofa, he decided to go get some sunbucks and perhaps a nice cinnamon donut. He thought to himself "Mmmmm donuts..."
