I admit, that I have not been on recently.
But, perhaps the reason that you get no action at home, is that you cause none at home?
And, since the QCRF is continualy beaten by our foes to the north, and put down as 'the faction that's never around' is it any wonder that we dont have many active members?
Yeah, lots of the inactivity is my fault, and I do intend to rectify the situation come Febuary, but, right now, I'm asking you for a bit of help.
Edit: what you just did, was give me a possible RP reason to ask for a Libertonian Fleet to be stationed near the Essex, To help put your boys down.
But I wont, because that's rediculous.
The Union of Gold was in NY today to honor our alliance with the Liberty Rogues and the Lane Hackers. They asked for our help and we offered it. As far as our numbers...we have been doing a lot of recruiting lately.
they assembled in leeds orbit. i was flying around the fleet a couple of times - you looked like you were truely trying to overtake liberty control - so many big ships... .
if its a special event, going to liberty, its OK. i guess - it must just not become a regular visit. - the molly base is not supposed to be secret, is it? - cause after such a fleet movement, the bretonian military will know exactly where they came from.
edit: hey - i tried to stop them ! - well, at least one bomber.:)
I was flying Conrad's Odin earlier today, when a Molly invited me to join the attack. I declined, reminding him that the Hessians have no business in Liberty. Too many Corsairs and greedy traders to take care of, etc.
As for the lack of action in Bretonia...I'm sorry, but that is an incredibly lame excuse. When I get on my Gaian, I stay in Bretonia. Sure, it's kinda quiet, but there's definitely stuff to do. I was on for a couple of hours today. Only got one trader, and there were no other Gaians around, but I still had fun. Only time the NLH leaves their ZoI is to sell pilots...and when out of our ZoI we avoid conflict.
From reports I've heard - and my own eyes, I brought my BHG char there...my Orca was quickly overwhelmed by two OC Destroyers, at least one or two Rogue GBs, and at least two bombers. I think at that time there was one or two friendly fighters on-location. I heard that there was even a Molly OC dreadnought there earlier...first, why do the Mollies have a dread? Second, why did they bring it to Liberty?
The Rogues mounting a massive offensive with the Hackers, sure, that's cool. But with Mollies? Nuh-uh.
EDIT: Yes, I know they're allies. So are the Hessians. But the only places we can work together are where our ZoI's overlap.
Mollies+Hessians=Omegas
Rogues/Hackers+Hessians=Bering and Hudson
Yes, but, i think i see some double standards around here.
Don't get me wrong, i totally disagree with Mollies in NY.
But you should criticize every each faction that leaves it's ZOI then.
There are many of these, that is for certain.
Dragons, Rogues, Hackers etc.
No one complains when HF or NovaPG go to Alpha to help Outcasts?
Why is that?
If we are going to criticize helping allies, we should be fair to every faction.
Yes, UOG are maybe less respected then 2 that i mentioned.
But they have the same rights.
They even announced their attack 2 days before the attack happened.
And they did start in Brettonia, but there was no one to stop them there.
When i criticized Keepers for leaving their ZOI, i was even flamed for criticizing.
Either we are going to allow allies to help each other, or we don't.
Simple as that.
All factions get the same treatment.

Assisting in an attack is one thing. But when the attack force is primarily composed of the "assistance", that's another. Mollies should've contributed a few ships at most.
Also, aiding in defense is a different thing then helping in a full-scale assault. No problem with Hessians flying to Alpha to help defend it from Corsairs. But Hessians flying to help the Outcasts assault the Taus? Not gonna happen. Same area, different reason, different outcome.

Actually, I do complain.
BD have no business with outcasts, and HF are a dying breed, from a time of much looser RP (see, SF, AW, HF, CR) Keepers had a beautiful map of where they would, and would not ever be, haven't seen it in months.
Chopper's Right:
There are way too many double standards floating around right now.
