Why they have Battleship, why Hessians have 2 cruisers and battleship, why Dragons have cruiser and battleship? Why Corsairs/Outcasts have 2 battleships and cruiser? Why Molly/Rogues have cruiser?
This is long discussion that have no place here- if others have them there is no single reason for them not to have it. Unlawful faction should have caps or the caps of all unlawfuls should be removed.
Troll somewhere else.

You're correct, those other factions you mentioned should probably have never gotten capital ships, but that doesn't mean the mistake should be continued for the sole reason that the HF - or any faction - submits their own ships. It's the only way any faction gets a ship, so it's a moot point.
Yes it is all or nothing state of play.
There are 2 options to remove all caps from unlawfuls (stupid option considering that only Battleships kill player bases- t.e troll enemy base near your NPC station that you does not have means to kill for example) or to give all unlawful caps- a way better option then the current one with crippled non-cap unlawfuls and cap unlawfuls.
This is however not the place to discuss it unless you care to prove that exactly this unlawful battlecruiser should not be added then say it other then that is concept hating/trolling.
There were many topics about the unlawfuls and capital ships- I suggest to pick one of them or make new one cutting the off-topic concerning the model.

This ship is an odd one. I like the back bit of it, that bit, up to the bridge to me looks fine. But the part of the ship in front of the bridge looks ugly, to me, and I can't exactly place my finger on why that is the case.
Uh huh. Still as pleasant as ever, eh? No need to be passive aggressive in the face of criticism, but np.
No, I think part of the issue pertains to shape, it doesn't particularly, go with the rest of the ship, and the ship itself has the shape of a stick, which the middle mostly is at fault at.
Anyway I'm not being passive aggressive. You favor the smooth shape of the back, I prefer the sharp angles of the prow, and actually dislike the ass on the thing to be honest with you.
The back really isn't that smooth, to be honestly, but I see what you're saying now. Sorry, I thought that smooth thing was a jab at me due to history.

An ugly ship is not a bad thing, of course.
I fail to see why the HF requires a battlecruiser, though.
I'm with Rita on this ship, personally i fail to see why HF needs a proper ship line when 7 times out of 10 when you face a HF capital ship they are SRP caps. Now I'm sure there is reasoning for this or whatever but it all comes down to,
