Dear Sir,

this is Sergeant Daniel Dusentrieb speaking. Deputy Chief Jack Bauer authorized me to forward this request to you.
To come straightly down to business, the LPI is requesting some additional funding for an important program we are about to launch.

We are currently working on polishing up a revision of the former so called "LPI bonus board" with some additions and changes. This time the board will be solely maintained by the LPI and is also opened for voluntary LPI associates.
The main objectives remain the same:
- Fighting corruption within the LPI
- Increasing the overall presence of the LPI to ensure Liberty's inner safety
Furthermore we hope to increase our numbers by not neglecting the work of voluntary LPI associates anymore.

If it is required we can send you a draft of the new so called "LPI associates reward system" for your approval.

The amount of the additional funding is up to your consideration. If a funding is acceptable by you in general, I would like to suggest a staged funding depending on the performance of the new reward system to not tie up too many credits.

I am awaiting your response.

Sincere regards,
on behalf of the LPI,
Daniel Dusentrieb

Sir,

Due to some restructuring, private ownership of the LPI has been transferred to a holding company belonging to Jonathon Winchester III President Pro-Tem of the IND.

As for the sum of money, I have been authourized to make funds available to you on Mister Winchester's behalf, can I have a budget proposal from you to proceed, also account details would be useful.

As ever, keep up the good work,

you are valued employees

Thank you for your positive reply Mister Riche.

As I said, a staged funding seems to be the most reasonable approach to me.

A starting off budget out of 100,000,000 (one hundred million) SC should be enough to keep the system running for quite a while as it will take some time to get it running smooth. The LPI does also have some reserves to dip into. To give you an estimation: The next payout will most likely be not required anytime sooner than in one or even two months. For your convenience we can send you short monthly progress reports including how the money was spend to give you a near-term overview.

The account is: LPI-Rikers

Sincere regards,
on behalf of the LPI,
Daniel Dusentrieb

Subject: Credit transfer receipt

Greetings, Mr. Riche. I'd just like to get back to you and confirm that we've received the 100000000 (One hundred
million) Sirius Credits to our Neural Net bank account, and that we've started our initial trial run with the
LPI associates reward system, thanks largely to the efforts of Sergeant Dusentrieb.

You'll get a report back after the results from the first trial run are in on where we go from here and if we need
any additional resources or assistance.

Anyhow. I'll contact you again later on this channel if the need to do so arises during the first phase of the
project - or if you'd like a monthly(?) report of our progress. Which seems reasonable in exchange for credits
to run it now and then when required. The specific terms could, perhaps, be discussed later.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

-Colin Sinclair, Deputy Chief of the Liberty Police, Inc.
