**** SENDER:The Guildmasters of the Independent Miners Guild ****
**** TO:Open Transmission ****
The Independent Miners Guild has successfully completed initial measuring, exploration, security and infrastructural operations in the newly-discovered Omega 9.
Centuries of experience in deep space reconnaissance have led the Guild to take the next step and we hereby announce the Guild's claim on the following parts of the still unclaimed Omega 9 system.
The Guild's claim encompasses the northern two asteroid fields of the Planetary Accretion Disc fields, which will be named Eifel* and Ardennen* Asteroid Fields. Furthermore the Guild claims the northern Omega 9 Walker Nebula, which our exploration team has renamed to Laacher Lake Nebula. The claim includes the jumpholes to Omega 7 and Omega 3 for access. All resources found within these areas are thereby claimed as IMG property, to be mined by us and those we invite to work there with us.
The IMG invites all residents of Omega 9 to participate in the shaping of a new system filled with chances, promises and freedom from oppression - opportunities that only the Borderworlds can offer these days.
Furthermore we extend our hand to our Rheinland partners of the ALG and to the representatives of the House of Bretonia to sit down with us and discuss a cooperative future of Omega 9 and how its opportunities can be used best.
As a direct reaction to the IMG's restriction of access to Omega 9 by the January 20th Federal Police announcement, we cannot include other Rheinland corporations in the talks at this moment. This would change the moment the access restrictions against the IMG are lifted.
The Independent Miners Guild invites the representatives of the named parties to a surprise opening celebration on Aland Shipyard, which can already be used as a platform for a constructive exchange of ideas and negotiations in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The Guild is looking forward to a bright, shared future, together with all those who are willing to take part in the great adventure of Omega 9.
The Independent Miners Guild
The Board of Guildmasters
* Eifel / Ardennen: two low mountain ranges near the River Rhein.
** Laacher Lake: a volcanic caldera created by a large eruption in the Rheinland area.

With the most recent events, The Order cannot acknowledge this claim and has to openly oppose it. Any civilian traffic, IMG included are to remove themselves from Omega 9 starsystem immediately for their own protection until threat will be declared to be over. For all intents and purposes, from now on The Order law is the law of Omega 9.
Reasons for this drastic measures are simple. Cameron base has been boarded by hostile elements, precisely "Das Wilde" or known to us as The Wild. They are infested, rogue remnants of Rheinland Fleet that in the past defeated Kusari Naval Forces fleets in Honshu and New Tokyo during 800 A.S. war. Entire system is crawling with those pilots and there is no other way to end this other than utter and complete destruction of their units.
Dont be too enthusiastic with aquisition you are entitling as Yours. IT comes in wrong time for sure , when we have wilde problemen. I am even less impressed that this claim is some kind of retributive act against Rheinland Goverment for some prior dispute and you bring your pickoring in front of our doors.
At the end all will slagg on poor zoners, whatever conflict it is. I have nothing against IMG presence, but no one would drag me to another conflict,no.
We consider IMG most helpfull and partners , but we would both do more good to share resources equally, then claiming all. Too much is transpiring and hard to predict.

Thank you for your word of warning, that's what I mainly interpret your words to be.
The Guild would not have staked a claim in a newly discovered system if they had not expected and prepared for conflict. As today's fighting has shown, I am confident that IMG Defense, combined with our hired muscle can fend off attacks sufficiently well.
IMG forces thwarted the attacking force of three gunboat class Wilde and a bomber, part of them alien ships with very powerful weaponry, admittedly.
Furthermore, as you might know, the Guild is not completely inexperienced in the fighting of alien-infested creatures, as our covert operations in the Taus against the Kusari Wilde threat has sufficiently proven.
Anyway, knowing that the Order is around makes IMG operations in Omega 9 safer and you might even - after getting used to our presence - learn to see the Guild's Defense Forces as a security asset rather than as people you need to get out of the way.
We do not plan to interfere in your missions and will try to assist your fights against the enemy of all humanity, however the Guild has its own interests in Omega 9 and is not willing to give them up because of some signs of danger. I am sure you understand that valor and persistence are vital parts of every successful operation, Admiral.

Yeah sure. Like sticking a flag into the ground and spelling words: "I claim it for...." you know whatever you can think of somehow makes it yours. So go on. Play your little game of flags. Get drowned in your delliusional sense of ownership. I, once I'm done attending matters here, will just come to take what's mine.

It comes as a surprise to us after Daumann proved to be willing to let the latest cases of IMG ore theft go without the most possible reprecussions for the Guild, independent miners decided for such serious action. The current state of affairs saddens the Board of Directors and may convince us to redefine our policy towards the Guild.
Daumann Heavy Construction is interested in Omega-9 system and will survey it in some time. However, we show no interest in claiming the system for ourselves and respect its local inhabitants, as well as other parties in the area. Independent miners are reminded it is up to our Corporation's good will should the Guild be allowed to enter Daumann-owned part of Omega-7 in order to reach Omega-9 jump hole. I'd also like to remind jump hole in Omega-3 is situated inside our terrain as well.
As for now, due to the Guild's hostile steps and overreaction for natural acces restriction to Omega-7 part owned by Daumann Heavy Construction, acces for Roth Asteroid Field is banned for the Guild's vessels. I trust there's not even need to mention our property Omega-11; it's closed for the Guild and always has been.
In general:
1. Daumann Heavy Construction does not acknowledge any "claims" on Omega-9 parts made by confederation of independent miners.
2. Any hostile action to Daumann vessels in that system from the Guild's side will be properly answered.
3. Independent Miners' Guild is reminded not to enter Daumann areas in Omega-7 and Omega-3, regardless of any jump holes connection which are located inside those fields. The system of Omega-11 is totally out of question.
4. Should the Guild decide to seek peaceful agreement on subject of transit rights through our fields, we are ready to discuss that subject under the term all claims to Omega-9 parts are withdrawn, and no incidents initiated by the Guild and involving our units will occur.

Kallisti, Mr. Henderson,
I'm no diplomat and I won't say much on your claim of Omega 9 but I have been a TAZ liaison in the Omegas and Omicrons for quite some time now and was recently instructed to map out Omega 9 and make contact with the Zoner group of Freeport 101. To this point, I have it mapped but have not made contact.
I will continue to lurk about, monitoring events in the area and reporting things to my boss. I do hope you have made a wise choice considering the rival groups in that area.

The Guild would like to clarify that the claims are not negotiable until the restrictions placed on the IMG in Omega 7 and now in Omega 3 have been revoked, as stated in the initial claim. The Guild has long understood what DHC has been aiming for. Consequently your decision to exclude the IMG from Omega 9 access forced the IMG to act. The IMG will not see another system like today's Omega 11 happen.
Furthermore we would like to clarify that the Guild's Omega 9 claim is not a territorial one, but that the claim only includes the right of use of the resources that may be found by prospection, while your claims seem to be territorial in nature and include the right to pass through.
The Independent Miners Guild acknowledges that DHC has the exclusive mining rights to the Roth Asteroid field. The Guild however is also sure you do not hold any legal right on regulating traffic inside Bretonian space.
Acknowledging your mining rights, the Guild will not move ships specified as mining vessels of the Arrastra, Annapurna or Hegemon type through the DHC territories of Omega 3 or Omega 7. We hereby make sure that allegations of theft won't happen.
We however make use of the right of every citizen to use jumphole connections between systems with every other class of ships in Omega 3.
We strongly advise DHC not to interfere with movement between Omega 3 and Omega 9.
We would like to also remind you that Omega 3 is Bretonian space and that you are operating under Bretonian Law.

The Guild would like to clarify that the claims is not about territory. We do not want to own space. All we claimed is the right to use the resources that may be found in this part of the system.
Freedom of travel and movement is guaranteed, nor will the IMG put up laws or behave like a House or a police force. All we did was securing Omega 9 from becoming another Rheinland province like Omega 11, addendum to the House that tries so hard to suppress everybody and everything that is not theirs.
The IMG has always been cordial with the TAZ and we have recently decided to cooperate again in the reconstruction efforts of Malaclypse Freeport as a civilian trade hub.
Consequently we would like to invite the TAZ to become a part of the new development in Omega 9. IMG and Zoners have always been a great team in conquering the wild and unexplored vastness of space.
I would be happy to know that the TAZ would start operating in Omega 9, alongside the Guild's people.
