If you're reading this you better be flying a Jolly Roger. Now, I'm an individual with some things that need to be taken care of. My goals these days tend to sway with the wind, so to speak, so I need some Freelance Pirates to accompany me on some missions I'm preparing, as well as operate independently of me when I'm busy. Frankly, I'm gonna need some goons to dish tasks to, and I'm gonna be calling out targets as I see fit. When I want a group or individual hit, and in a particular way, I need brave souls for the work, who will follow my orders to the "T". So, I'm putting the word out to all ye scally-wags in Sirius, I need 2-4 fighters, to fly in pairs. Confident and experienced pilots prefered. I want VHF's, but I'm sure I'll be looking for a variety of craft and expertise. I don't plan to set any rules, since I ain't good at following them myself, let alone making them up. No tags, no official ties, and no questions asked. Just follow the mission orders as they are laid out for you, and you'll have my satisfaction.

Of course, I'm willing to pay: 30 million a week, plus bonuses, which will vary depending on the target, and objectives achieved. Needless to say, I'll pay well for success, and I need devoted pilots. Just to be sure, I ain't hiring assassins, and this ain't bounty hunting. I need hit men, to pirate targets with me, defend me, and hit up whoever I'm after when I'm not around. Overall, I want to put financial pressure on some folk, and the primary objective will be collecting 'compensation' for me...but, if they squirm, you let the hammer fall as hard as ye can. On my missions, I'll pay a minimum 3 million for every ship engaged, regardless of termination, if it comes to that.

I need folk who are very Junker friendly, and have no love for anything Gallia. Yeah its dirty work, but someone's gotta get it done. Once I have 3-4 pilots who fit the bill, I'll get into dishing out details for assignments, and arrange a rendezvous in space.

Well,

If there is anyone out there actually listening on this frequency, I guess I gotta make this simple. I'll take any freelance pirates, mercenaries, special operatives or Junkers willing to get involved, and fly whatever you want. I would like to get a fighter in there to ward others or bombers off though, and a Freelancer IFF would be best for this.

So I'll lay it out for ya. Enclosed is an encrypted data package, just open that file and it wil unzip my standard contact on how I want my little cell to roll. There's cash to be made, and experience is an asset, but don't think you might not be up to it, I'll give anyone a shot at this point.

I'll be monitoring this frequency for a while yet, and will be in the borderworlds between the Taus and Liberty. I'm hoping the contract will explain what I'm looking for best. If you sign on, I'll give you one specific to you, with specific targets/groups outlined for you. Fortune favors the bold! The choice is yours.

Black Ops Contract

Section 1: Wingman Role

While serving as my wingman/escort, your foremost duty will be to provide security and back up to ME, Captain Antares of the Argo. I'll be making the demands. I won't be just out looking for random ships to pirate, I've got vendettas and scores to settle. None of this 2 or 3 million per demand...I'll be demanding a minimum of 5 million credits per targeted ship, which will go up, the heavier ship class of the target. You will receive 50% of that, and your other wingman will get the other 50% (per ship).

~Payment = 50% of successful extortion, to both wingmen. My payment is my satisfaction.
~You'll always get a minimum of 3 mil per engagement, if you have to fight.
~Kill commissions see section 2

Other bonuses I may simply dish out depending on a pilot's skill and success, or because I'm feeling generous.

So if you have to fight, even if you don't destroy the target, and even get your own craft torn up, i'll still give you 3 mil minimum. Remember, my goal is to hit my enemies' pockets, and I want them losing credits no matter what, so that means their ships and cargo if no other option is left (attempts to flee).

Also, I am cleared on several blanket bounties. You will fly with me, and engage to defend me only if I deem necessary. All under the same engagement pay scale as outlined in this contract.

Section 2: Piracy Orders

I will be later identifying targets I want the squeeze put on, that I will want to focus our efforts on, for various reasons I'll get into when the time comes. I will have you with me while hunting them, rewarding you with commissions as laid out in the following Standard Operating Procedures: (all demands in this section are per ship)

Engagement SOP's:

Fighters/bombers: Demand 5 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 3 million if must you engage (regardless),or 5 million for destruction.

Gunboats: Demand 10 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 5 million if you must engage (regardless), or 10 million for destruction

Transport Vessels: Demand 10 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 5 million if you must engage (regardless), or 10 million for destruction

Section 3: Solo Tasks

When I'm not flying, through out these 1 week periods, I'll expect my pirates to be active if targeted ships are detected. I want to see at least 2 attempts (at least attempts) to engage the targets on their own (still in groups if you want, but when I'm not present). I need people able to maintain active pressure, even when I'm not there myself. In the end, any evidence or intelligence on these targets you can get will score you points with me, and is better than nothing. Keep in mind, I'll be actively keeping an eye on enemy activity, and will be relaying info to you regularly, and informing you of targets, if I'm not with you already.

For all targets: (all demands in this section are per ship)

Fighter/Bombers: :[/u]Demand 5 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 3 million if must you engage (regardless),or 5 million for destruction.

Gunboats: Demand 10 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 5 million if you must engage (regardless), or 10 million for destruction.

Transport Vessels: Demand 10 million credits, destroy if non compliant. Earn 5 million if you must engage (regardless), or 10 million for destruction.

Keep extorted money as payment + 3 million bonus, or,
receive standard engagement pay (upon proof submitted), or
receive standard destroyed target commission (with proof, after combat begins), as stated above.

Section 4: Conditions of Contract

This is a sticky business. My over all goal is to have 4 minutemen on call to jump into the cockpit at a moments notice, and join me on a mission. Targets of opportunity may come and go quickly, and the point is to have a QRF - Quick Reaction Force, to hear the battle cry.

I'll pay 30 million to pilots that have stayed with me for a week. At that time, contracts will be updated again. So, in a week, you'll get paid for all of your missions with me (based on above rates), get paid for any solo missions you pull off, and get paid the weekly salary at the end. I'll also need updates proving you 'attempted' to pirate targeted ships during that week, aside from when flying with me.

After a week, the best contractors, and those who have shown considerable bravery, selflessness, skill and cunning, will be rewarded with a weekly pay raise. That depends on the circumstance, but I'd be more than happy to up it to 40, then 50 million PER WEEK to hardcore pilots willing to earn it. This operation, is planned to extend for a minimum of three (3) weeks. At that time, it will be re-assessed as to whether contracts of this particular nature will continue.

Section 5: Secrecy and Security

All participants upon agreement to work for Captain Antares under this paying contract agree to maintain absolute secrecy and operational security. Targets and enemies are not to learn of any of our operational details, motives, goals, or the values of target commissions placed upon them (aside from what I tell them). No mention of me shall be made, as all knowledge of this operation is need to know, and will be officially denied. You are, however, authorized ONLY to tell your targets, that 'our client wants us to put the squeeze on you, you'll find out why from them directly'. Upon signing on to this contract, any violations of its terms or security will be punished most harshly, including but not limited to a termination bounty. Flight from combat without orders, disclosing operational details, and aiding the enemy will be considered violations of the contract terms.

At any time you have questions, concerns, or problems of any kind (relating to this operation), I'll certainly do everything in my power to help my pilots get the best out of their experience as I can. Fear not, as long as you stay on my side, you will be highly rewarded.

...I've decided to simplify the deal. No ties, no orders, but I am still accepting those who might wanna fly as escorts for me. Pirates though, I still want to hire for those hits. So I've upped it to 40 mil a week starting if you agree to patrol whichever area I throw out. 5 million per act of piracy, regardless of demand or outcome, and 10 million for any combat engagements of those targets if you're forced into a fight! Basically if you agree pirate the groups I lay out as targets, you'll get paid extra for your regular work. Everything in between and how you go about such business is up you. Those willing to work as escort, can use the contract from last broadcast as a pay scale template for other action...

You check out fine! I have to say you're right, I am offering a pretty sweet deal! But I understand many people who usually operate independently are sometimes hesitant to come forward for this kind of work. Don't consider your change in profession a fall from grace, I see it as more of a 'self liberation'. You're better off. I understand how pirates work, so my goal is to simply drive them to focus on certain targets when they can, and it will earn you the extra cash on top of your usual work. I will contact you via the S.K.Y.P.3. net to get your direct ship callsign, and wire you that first 40 million. I'll give you the details of your 'assignment' there, and after that take a week to see what you can do based on our discussion. Get back to me with some cams of your patrols, good or bad, and you'll keep getting money on a weekly basis. Any action I'll pay for upon report. My plan is to put pressure on my targets, sometimes a presence in the right place is enough, and everything else is like cream on top!
