It's been a long time and many things have changed, but from where I'm staying the relations between your organization and the Empire seem stronger than ever. That is why we turn to you for supplies, once again.
We, the Corsair Trade Company, are now ready to build a flagship of our own, to express the power we now wield and to secure our interests in the Omegas and Omicrons. Since we do not wish to put the burden of this enterprise on the shoulders of the Corsair Empire the ship will be privately built, operated and owned by us. And that is where Samura comes in: a battleship requires lots of supplies and materials and after carefully analyzing the lists we came to the conclusion that Samura can supply us with the following:
30 000 units of Basic alloy
30 000 units of Engine components
20 000 units of High-Temperature alloys
20 000 units of Industrial materials
20 000 units of Nanocapacitors
10 000 units of Optronics
20 000 units of Quantum multiplexors
20 000 units of Ship Hull Pannels
20 000 units of Super Alloy
30 000 units of Superconductors
15 000 units of Rum
Everything is to be delivered to Tripoli Shipyard in Omicron Gamma.
The payment for this contract is around a billion credits. On top of what Tripoli normally pays for the required commodities - we estimate a total income of around 675 000 000 credits, out of which around 480 000 000 million credits represent your profit - we will pay you and extra 500 000 000 upon the completion of the contract.
More info about the deliveries needed can be found in this document.
To:Vittorio "Vito" Sanchez From:Yokohama Shipyard - New Tokyo Subject:Renovation contract
Konnichi wa Sanchez-san,
It has indeed been a long time since we have formed close relations between us, the Empire of Corsairs and the Samura and they are ever growing stronger.
We are honoured that you have chosen our corporation for this incredible and magnificent task. I understand your concerns of the stress, that building the flagship will bring, it is a huge undertaking after all. But not to worry, even though a lot of materials are needed to contract a single battleship and it takes time as well, we will meet this challenge.
I have looked through the list and Samura can transport all of them to designated location, that being the Tripoli Shipyard. I will assign transports to this contract and they will start shipping in the materials today.
The credits in this situation are taking second place and are a side thing. Helping our allies on the other hands takes the first.
The document has been forwarded to the transportation division. Expect our transports to arrive soon.
Thank you, senor Sato, for showing your support for the Corsair Empire once again. We are pleased to hear Samura can deliver everything we asked for and I assure you that your organization will be rewarded well, both in monetary and diplomatic terms.

Konnichi wa Sanchez-san,
Our transports have finally shipped the last materials to Tripoli Shipyard, needed for the construction of your new ship just a few days ago. The task has been... challenging to say the least, but we have completed it.
Visual evidence of all materials delivered can be verified here.
I look forward to our future joint cooperations, may they be prosperous.
