Greetings,
Another busy day for Meridian. We made several runs between Planet New Berlin and Planet Nuremberg. Moved 4,200 Refugees from our list, and returned with assorted supplies for the camps on the planet: 2,800 Synth Paste and 2,800 Rheinbier. See delivery reports in the attachment.
Among other things, I sent a communique to the Bundestag of Rheinland with offer of cooperation and coordination within our Project Danube. The channel is open for The Seraphim, so you will see a response, if any.

Greetings,
That's been a while since my last report, but me and my crew spent this time not in vain. We kept working on the Nuremberg evacuation and run supplies to the planet. However, situation is getting worse. Trade lane that leads to the planet has been damaged and rendered inoperable by the gravitational force of the Dark Matter Storm. The storm itself continues to advance onto Planet Nuremberg. It's only moon was recently completely engulfed by the violent whirling mass.
On the planet, the situation also deteriorated. We lost one of my crew, Mark Bailey, to a gang of outlaws. He was working in the refugee camp, collecting the lists of evacuees, and was abducted by armed men. Goodness knows what did they want of him... at least we never got any demands. Police just told us they found a body after couple of weeks...
Among other things, I continued correspondence with the new branch of Bundschuh party, the White Rose. They have some refugees on Bruchsal base that we need to pick up. I'm now trying to arrange this.
Here is the short report of our transportation effort in the last couple of months.

Good day, fellow Seraphim,
This is my report of recent mission to Manatum Relief Sanctuary. This installation was built by exile Outcasts in Cayman system a while ago. It was maimed by the recent attack by stars know who. Probably the same one that wiped out the whole Outcast group.
As one of our ships was passing through the Cayman system en route to Omega-49, we were surprised to see that the station now transmits Zoner identity codes. Lemuria hailed the station and I had a quick chat with the new crew. They appear to be from Planet Gran Canaria. They barely have restored pressure on board and began rebuilding efforts in the last few weeks. They still have a ton of work ahead of them. It's always easier to destroy something than to rebuild it.
So, we had a chat, the crew told me that they are running short on medical supplies. Our two ships, Lemuria and Meridian, made runs with Pharmaceuticals from Planet Denver over the last few days.
While talking to the crew, I gathered a list of essential supplies needed to speed up repairing the station. Could we start a program to help fellow Zoners rebulid Manatum? Your thoughts?
Repair supplies:
* Energy Field Equipment
* Shape-memory Alloy
* Solar Panels
* Tungsten
I am sad to hear Mark Bailey passed away in such circumstances. My crew enjoyed his company, he will be missed.
I am sorry for this long silence, I was in the need to retire. I am feeling ready to come back and I will try to be more present.
On my side, I've been keeping to support the population ofPlanet Nuremberg: bringing some essential goods and evacuating refugees (see the attachments).
One good news is that I managed the acquisition of a second handed armored liner (aka bustard class ship). All weapons have been removed but it came with an impressive armor. I thought it could be useful for situations where we need to travel in remote and potentially dangerous spaces. So here it is: the (>S<)Hyperion.
While transporting refugees to Hammersee I heard people complaining about the not so good conditions for human life on this recently colonized planet. It seems the Rheinland government exaggerated the welfare on this small planet. Indeed, the living condition are not as good as in Planet Gran Canaria for instance... So I took the initiative to re-route some refugees to Freeport 8 as a temporary measure. But then, the station capacity to maintain life support services became challenged. Beyond water, oxygen and food, it's also a matter of space. That's why I also evacuated some refugees (those willing to) to Freeport 9.
Regarding the Manatum Relief Sanctuary I agree that we should help them to settle properly. I will bring some supplies when I will have the chance to visit them. However, unless you estimate their situation is critical, I will focus my effort on Planet Nuremberg.

Dankien,
It's very exciting to hear from you after a while. I hope you are doing great!
Regarding Hammersee, we are well aware about poor conditions on the planet. I took courage and conducted a supply operation to provide help to the refugees we already brought there. The operation was successful, but exhausting for our limited funds, I must admit.
Regarding the Manatum Sanctuary station, they are keeping together for now. I agree that we should focus on Nuremberg and Danube operation until it's too late. I could send a word to our fellow Zoners in Omegas region to provide some assistance to Manatum crew in the mean time.
To:The Seraphim From:Dankien Moebus Topic:Planet Nuremberg Dear all,
Thanks to Tara, the management of Planet Nuremberg refugees in Sigma-15 is greatly improved. Note that I've added a summary of the overall operation in the mission statement. I will keep it up to date until this operation is completed.
I had a talk with the administration of Freeport 8 and re-evaluated the needs on Planet Nuremberg. Here is a new list of commodities to be supplied to Freeport 8:
Arbiters: to manage the tensions
Blue Jillies*: to restore hope
Consumer goods*: to make everyday life easier
Diplomats: to plan long-term refugees relocation
Elixirs*: to heal and restore hope
Envoys: to plan long-term refugees relocation
Fertilizers*: to produce food
Floragro*: to produce food
Hazmat Canisters*: to dump wastes
Holotainment Bands*: to restore hope
Hydrogro*: to produce food
Kyushu Rice*: to feed people
Med-Stasis Bands*: to heal people
Pineal Amulets: to restore hope
Robocultivar*: to ease food production
Robotics*: to make everyday life easier
Rum*: to restore hope
Solar Panels*: to produce energy
Synth Paste*: to feed people
Tea*: to restore hope
Tobacco*: to restore hope
Vodka*: to restore hope
* This commodity is also welcome in Planet Nuremberg
The additional commodities are specifically in demand in Planet Nuremberg:
I've been keeping a close eye on the Munich situation. Being so close to home and a place of personal importance, Freeport 8 has also become a safe haven of sorts for both me and my team. Since Dankien's renewed analysis I've properly started recording said endeavors in my own personal files.
On this message you shall find annexed both a link to the interface I'm using to record these deliveries and a list of what was done during this weekend.
Just reporting a few of the cargo details shipped over the last week, but also bearing good news.
After reading through Dankien's request, I realized we lacked regulation for the transportation of Med-Stasis Bands, which are usually produced on Bretonia. Because of this, I issued a request for the government, which was promptly answered this very morning.
As of now and until December 3rd of this year we have legal clearance for the transportation of the ones covered by the Medical License while within Bretonian grounds. This encompasses:
Code:
Human Organs, Med-Stasis Bands, Stabiline, Synthetic Marijuana
On the other hand, I'm still trying to find an angle for us to work within Rheinland legally shipping Blue Jillies. These are items of political pressure within the House and we'll need to find an in-house corporation to support our work before such a possibility will be even considered by the government.
I will, however, update you if the situation changes.
To:The Seraphim From:Dankien Moebus Topic:Sigma-15 deliveries Dear Allan
Thank you very much for all these deliveries, this will greatly help and improve the situation for refugees and Rheinlanders that have not yet leave planet Nuremberg!
Also, thanks for bringing to us the legal aspect of some of the commodities and fixing it at the same time!
I have made some convoys around Munich and Sigma-15, here is the summary:
Once again, what follows is my report over the last week's work. I decided to make use what we've achieved and this time focused on bringing Med-Stasis Bands to Planet Nuremberg.
Regarding Rheinland legalities, there's still no answer from any corporation. I tried contacting Kruger directly but I've also been met with silence. I may try a different approach this week - Rheinland Military or ALG - if things do not develop differently.
I've decided to let the team take some days off for the work. Dr. Hayes medical has been working around the clock tending to the weak on Nuremberg and we could use the rest. I'll be back home, down on Stuttgart, monitoring frequencies as always.
