3.1 - Exotic Lifeforms Licence
Covers: Gaian Wildlife.
Individual Licence: £100,000
Corporate Licence: £300,000
Due to the current sensitivity regarding access to Planet Gaia, and concerns about the welfare of creatures removed from that ecosystem, the Exotic Lifeforms Licence was created to provide a regulatory framework for their responsible transportation, study and care.
Covers: Cigars, Cryocubes, Enfer Blasters, Gate and Trade Lane Parts (Gallia), Holotainment Bands.
Individual Licence: £50,000
Corporate Licence: £150,000
The Gallic Embargo renders it an offence to conduct trade with entities associated with the Gallic Union, or procure goods in a manner that will profit the Gallic Union. The Appropriation Licence was created as a certification scheme to allow the transport of seized Gallic goods, or those obtained from sources that would not economically benefit Gallia itself.
Covers: Light Arms, Military Surplus, Munitions, Side Arms, Uranium.

Corporate Licence: £300,000
Due to the extreme ramifications of these commodities falling into the wrong hands, a special license has been created to cover the secure shipment of Military Materials within Bretonian Space.
Ongoing pioneering efforts in the Edge Nebula and other uncharted territories have resulted in the discovery of ancient alien ruins and potentially dangerous resources. The Special Xenoarchaeology License governs the safe transport, storage and study of these materials in Bretonian space.

The Nomads and Artificial Intelligence pose an existential threat to humanity. My company, Azure Line Shipping, is interested in a military material license, especially since until recently we took pride in our deliveries of Military Vehicles to Planet Leeds. In fact, we have the money ready right now.
However, we're engaged in a good bit of business with the Junkers. We aren't Junkers, we're still an independent cargo contractor, but we are on very good terms with them - and as a result, on spectacularly bad terms with Kusari.
Do we qualify? If you have concerns about our deliveries, I'll gladly go over the details in a secured channel, but the only people getting these weapons from us up to this point are Bretonians or... neutral parties with many common enemies.

Dear Lord Anthony Grenville,
I'd like to acquire a license for the ALG Waste Disposal company to transport dangerous and hazardous materials. We never transport Light Weapons, Black Market Munitions or Military Vehicles, because we're a civilian company. Our transport ships only transport Plutonium and Nuclear Devices in order to support the nuclear disarmament of Sirius. All of those materials will be smelted down or reprocessed for civilian purposes, like power plants or ship engines.
We need to know the recipient of the 10 million licensing fee, for a fluent payment process.

While a little upset at your decision to refuse licence to any Junkers, Im sure you had to think long and hard about it so Ill not press the matter.
Although I do have a question, is it just the aformentioned commodities that are covered by this new Licencing? Or are there some others that you have not divulged? Compleate listing as to what is covered by the War Materials Licence and what is still restricted cargo under Royal Charter #506 P1-4 regardless of Licences.

If you are not Junkers, then we have no problems. The problem we do have with Junkers, though, is that we are unable to distinguish whether or not the goods are being put to legal or illegal use. Reports on individual Junkers working with the Mollys and Gaian unfortunately means that legitimate business with them involving materials made for use in war cannot be undertaken, because the few spoil it for the many.

Well, then, we won't have any issues. We handle all of our military goods personally, we don't send them to a third party for distribution.
... Dad's right, I have been in business too long.
Anyway, here is a log of the credit transaction, intended to cover all Azure Line Shipping vessels. Including our fighters, we do small deliveries in them sometimes.
Our ships are registered as a group of freelancers, and we fly mostly freighters. We have two large transports currently active, the Firefly-class Silverwind and my Borderworlds Series ST, the Cerulean. We also use quite a few freighters, a few escort and courier fighters, and I have a Conference-class gunship under construction for special orders.
We've bought a few ships from the Junkers - Collector fighters, mostly, though we have a few CSVs and Combat Service Freighters - as well as our fighter-class weapons. If you need any more information, I'll gladly provide it.
Oh, very well! You're already dipping in Goddess' purse for passengers and Nomads, we might as well sign up for Military Goods too.
We'll have none of those birdies or organs, tho. The only living things the TAZ carry are our own premiere Grade AA Scrubbies. They're hard enough to clean up after.
