"We got the Katana Blade!"
"And we got the agent and his girl."
"Grr... let us go!" As much as they struggled, they couldn't escape. They were caught by surprise.
"Tell us about it! Tell us about them!"
"Over my dead body, friend!"
"So be it." The man pressed the plasma pistol against Kalan's head and...
It has been a full week that the same nightmare has repeated. I don't usually get these things, but it may aswell be from the radiation poison, or something. Since it always has to have something about the Nomads, Daam K'Vosh, the Dominion, stuff like that.
I haven't seen Zeratul or the Mengsk in a long time, and I still must ask them what the heck is going on. I might aswell investigate further on the Dominion... when I get the time.
Okay... okay... this may be a little paranoic... but come on! This never happened until I went to "The Shrine", or whatever it was called. *takes a pill*
I guess I am truely cursed by this... back to sleep now. I'm effin' tired.
Quite a week I must say...
Oh wait, I almost haven't worked this week. Boy, everyone's gonna get mad...
Not really.
Anyway, I've been noticing that the people around Manhattan Town (a bit far from the main city) have been... dissapearing. Yeah. Odd, isn't it?
Pretty much all of the gang lives at Manhattan Town: Me, Sarah, Dave, John and Paul. I haven't said it yet, but Paul went on vacation a week ago or so, and he never seems to respond my, John's or Dave's messages. I'm pretty worried, I mean, honestly, he's been a friend of mine for a very long time.
The largest bar in town's bartender is also missing... I've tried countless of times to use those fancy scanners that detect ships from very far away, but nothing worked. Either they died (hopefully not!), ID is corrupted or they simply changed their names.
Apart from that, usual duties, rescued more careless police/civilian pilots, stopped the usual pirate, intensive training, etc.

"Ugh, this is gonna take forever... Looks like we're not going anywhere tonight, Dave."
"Ya sure?"
"Sure."
The hours passed, passed, passed, until they both fell asleep.
Opening your eyes again after supposedly thinking that you were about to die for sure is always a surprise.
How would you feel? Maybe confused? Dazzled? Out of breath? Or a little of all of them...
It'll take a while, though...
Now, this is just awesome, I have literally experienced 2 near-death experiences in just 2 months. It's gotta be a record... right?
Well, ship is repaired, I'm "repaired", almost everything is just fine and "repaired"... what's up with me saying "repaired" so many times all of a sudden?
Well anyway, back to work... and yes, I can get over things rather quickly.
Wow. Minutes after I am good to get back to work I am asked to assist Liberty forces in Ft. Bush against... NOMADS!
Nomads in New York?! The very last time I've seen one here was one of the little ones that got vaporized quickly by West Point...
It was like 4 light ones and 1 heavy one, like 4 of them were... "Light Nomads" and the other one was a "Heavy Nomad". Creepy.
Well, in the heat of the battle, my ship suddenly got an engine failure, and I had to eject... pretty amazing I'm still alive.
Back at Norfolk I am again. Good thing one of those Navy ships got me in time and brung me here.

Ugh, this is just great. I was grounded. Yaaaay...
Well, anyway, here's what's happenin'. Raphael took my shields down at least 3 times today. At the 3rd time I sworn vendetta on his SNAC if he kept doing the same crap over and over again. Then we both got grounded; I suppose I was a bit reckless on being aggressive. But come on, he acted like a 12 year old with guns...
This reminds me of my first days... except I was so nervous I didn't know what to do... heheh, good times... and still today I don't know what to do in some circumstances...
Anyway... yesterday I got the Artifact and...
Oh wait... DAMN IT! DAMN IT!!!

Breaking news!
Keith A. Johansen, temporary captain of the LSFC Divinity, has been founddead on the bridge of the Divinity, at Norfolk Shipyard!
Diagnosis display that he has been killed from a blaster shot to the head, approximately at a distance of 3 meters. The killer is unknown, and, surprisingly, there were abseloutelyno witnesses. To make the mystery even "better",nobody aboard the ship had a motive to murder the captain! It also must be noted that that nobody on board the ship was near the bridge at that moment (supposedly taking a break), and the shot wasn't heard at that time. Once again captainless, the Divinity is awaiting for a new master.

"K-Keith Johansen?! Isn't he... isn't he..." Shocked, Sarah was expressing true despair.
"Wait, isn't he your cousin from the Border Worlds?!"
My journal. I know you are not a moving, breathing, talking being, but please keep this secret more secret than any other things I said... wait, just to make sure, I'll encrypt this part of the journal. You never know when someone peeks around this thing... done! Oh wait, if I edit now, it decrypts... oh well, I'll encrypt it when I finish.
It served him right. He got what he was coming. He wanted my magatama... the artifact... the one I got from that "alien" station at one of those uncharted systems... and the truth is:
I killed him. But it was on a defensive matter. I suppose if I tell someone, they'll probably not believe me. But I don't care. Nobody knows or will ever know who shot him. Joy.
The 4 Artifacts are mysterious objects shaped like Magatamas left behind by unknown species, scattered around Sirius. Being that there are only 4 of them, each with their own colours (Green, Red, Blue and Black), they are extremely rare and not many people know about them.
It is unknown when, how and why do they exist. All that is known is that it glows near Nomadic entities, it is invisible in our Cargo Scanning devices and the radiation warning device in most ships never stop blinking, should the Artifact be inside the ship.
The first of these Artifacts was discovered in 816 A.S., a day before the Erie Incident, by Ron Kalanark. It was the [color=#33FF33]Green type. Affiliated with nature and growth, it would be a nice present to someone fascinated by that kind of things. However, just by looking at the glowing "pulses" coming from the artifact, you could tell it was/it's dangerous. It was hidden somewhere, to be found by Kalan Yamato 2 years later.
The second of these Artifacts was discovered, again, in 816 A.S., at the time of the Erie Incident, by Sarah Andrews. After the escape from the capturers, the Red type was inside the Prototype Spatial. Colour of blood, life and love. She kept it and used it as a necklace ever since. Because of it's discreet design, nobody ever suspected that such an innocent thing as a necklace could be anything "fatally harmful for mankind".
Yet the third of these Artifacts was discovered this year, this time in 817 A.S., by a group of Outcasts. It was the Blue type, discovered near the Outcast Fighter graveyard. Peace, quiet, and the sound of water flowing, probably wasn't the Outcasts' best interest. It was sold to Jerry McVyper, the calmest within the Outcasts. Or, at least, close to such status.
However, the Black type was discovered as early as 803 A.S., by Achmed Afaik, at Planet Toledo. Reflecting darkness, emptiness and evil. Fits Achmed's personality perfectly. However, at late 818 A.S., Achmed Afaik dissapeared, and the whereabouts of the artifact are unknown.
Many rumours spark about these strange objects. It is said that, if all the four artifacts are put together, they will form a flower-like object, and the ones who had these artifacts, should they work together, would be rewarded with strange, psychokinetic powers. These are just rumours, of course. There is no evidence to support these theories.
Very recently, each wielder of these artifacts received something that we, the humans, used an insanely long time ago: Cassette Tapes.
Today, we very rarely, if never, use Cassette Tapes. There aren't any Cassette players in stores or anything. That's why each wielder conveniently received a Cassette player. It is odd, strange and a bit awkward, but in such a large Universe we live in, anything is possible.
The content in the Cassette Tapes is just a person speaking out numbers, but each tape has a different number scheme. So, the message within the tapes is encrypted and needs to be put in order. Unfourtanetly, the fourth Tape is nowhere to be found, due to the dissapearence of Achmed Afaik. So, the message cannot be fully decrypted.
