If you ask anyone here who frequents the development forum, particularly the devteam themselves, you'd come to know that I'm one of the - if not the most - critical people on the forums when it comes to models.
That being said... I like it. The geometry seems solid, detail is even distributed, and the design is unique. I can tell you that it won't be getting in as a new ship, but you've probably got a good shot at this becoming a Scorpion replacement candidate. If you need help learning to texture, throw a PM my way and I'll help you get it done.

Thank you for the compliment! I have started texturing my model. I am not a pro but giving it a try. I stay busy most of the time but trying to find some time for this. Just one question though. You know where can I get wild station and nomad gate textures currently being used in game?

Wild stations are mostly replicas of Rheinland Military stations. The scorpion is the only object with unique textures - maybe use them? Mixed with RM ship textures, if it's going to be a hybrid.
The nomad gate you should find in data\solar\dockable.
/edit:
You might check out those made by massdriver aswell.
Reminds me of a Domina Subjugator with a pair of Disciple Frigates slapped on the back (both from Sins of a Solar Empire). The concept is more AI like then Nomadish like... That, and a pure Wild ship would -never- be covert. Kinda detours from the Wild mission statement -> Stirring up crap between the houses.
Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.
Mostly retired Discovery member. May still visit from time to time.

Uhhh.. you are aware that the Scorpion is meant to be an AI ship, right? And I see far more squid influence in this model than I do in the current one.

It isn't like that they're ever really going to do that anyway unless they get made open.

Why not just say "Hey, see if you can make some changes here and there - blah blah blah" instead of comparing it to random shit in game. You know better than that!

Hard to do if they aren't allowed to use a undercover/fake ID/IFF?
Besides, the scorpion was somehow developed as "raid-unit", destroying convoys and using their goods for their base/ship construction, while the pilot safely controls it via the mindshare.
