My first thoughts? Pancakes with Fusion reactors...
Star Trek stuff doesn't fit here, these ships also seem from the angle provided, to sleek and possibly too wide. FL ships seem to go for chunkyness and length with their capitals. I doubt they'd alter it anytime soon.
I remember playing as the concordium. The problem with that game was that you couldn't "dodge" any incoming fire. So this ship was more based on the fact that you had as many forward-firing weapons as possible. (Or at least that's what I remember thinking at the time)
On another note, BHG ships are kinda weird looking too, they're lopsided. Perhaps we should have a cap line that would be lopsided as well? Think Liberty Dreadnought from the side, except the engines are on the other side and it's got it's bridge in the center.
If anyone can wrap their mind around that last paragraph, you win an internet.
"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."
