Our security division discovered your station to be on a place, what might give a lot of problems in the future of Krüger Mineralien. We are aware of your history working along with the Hessians, we hope you changed your views by now against these criminals. Further we hope that you can allow Kruger| to dock on your station for safety deployment from the Omega 9 side. The station location is close to the Omega 7 jumphole, so we consider it as a threat we might need to preserve any possible deployment of criminals of Rheinland.

We are not forcing you to allow us, but a cooperation might benefit you for the future of your own involvement within Rheinland. But be warned! If we find out that enemies of the Rheinland are docking on your station to hide or use it as a deployment station to launch attacks on Rheinland civilians. We will treat you the same as the criminals that mean to do harm to Rheinland civilians.

You have evaluated situation and challenges cold headed, so thats a good start.

To be frank gentlemen, however is appealing to me that so called Volksrevolution of people of Rheinland i do not see nowdays that spark in the Hessian movement as it was. Most of them are unpredictable, acting on their own , and comit to piracy rather then their main proclaimed goal. Primary fleet is hard to be seen nowdays...

I will grant you permission to dock. If any request come from Hessian side i will not deny them rights to dock too, neither . This is our charter which more clearly defines http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=94223 rules which are same for everyone.

You are not obliged in any way to stick to patrol paths we reccomended, but if you choose not to, we disclaim our responsibilities for any skirmishing in sector. However i understand that Your presence on our base is not for omega 9 , but omega 7 security reasons os it will be more of reconnoinsance matter.
There are more news . Corsair empire is in turmoil as Benitez seems ceased power. Situation is unclear down there. Send a wing or 2 but dont act as vigilante. No need to protect freeport if attacked, avoid pickoring with Hessians and Corsairs and respect no fire zone.

I dont expect ever to achieve high esteem with Rheinland, but to prevent pointless agression if possible i would be commited for such goal.
