He took a sip of the whiskey, allowing it to go down before he activated the comms to reply. A quick decision found that standing would be the best front for this, so he left the whiskey glass on the chair, and rose to his fullest hight.

I am Joseph Wolf, Councilman of the Solar Runners, and current holder of the office of Diplomatic Relations for the Runners. An impromptu Council meeting found me able to step away from my usual duties as Councilman, so that I may attend your summit.

I must admit, my past may make my judgment cloudy in regards to Gallia, but I have one motto. Give everyone a chance. As such, I will be attending your summit, and will hold the seat of the Solar Runners there.

He took a few more steps with a worried mind, "If Baffin has fallen, there would be no better way to attack the Zoner populace then by luring them there and slaughtering them."
