I have realized one thing and the force, a major force, that is kinda very omnitted here. This force is allied with GC. If there would be war, Exiles would surely strike Kyushu. Blood Dragons would surely strike Honshu, perhaps even Hokkaido.
However, there is something that both GC and BD do not share. The ideology. There is a fair chance that GC and BD alliance may not survive, aside of even being the ill-fated alliance, because of the powers from the Omicrons:
Outcasts.
Those guys are not even allied with Blood Dragons, but have links through the GC. On the other hand, GC is the only ally of Outcasts in Kusari. And why I am mentioning Outcasts? Nagano System, which is connected to Tau 37. And what else is connected to the Tau 37?
That's right. Omicron 80. So in fact Outcasts posses the highway straight into Nagano, that is called Tau 37. Whole upper Tau 37 is their turf, I mean. And Nagano is also connected to Hokkaido. Do you see what I mean here?
Not all Outcasts have italian names. People used to play them as space spaniards, but it's true they are played more as space italians now - and they are also being called 'Maltese' which has nothing to do with neither spain nor italy. I see it like a cultural hybridisation with stuff borrowed from the entire Mediterranean area.
Regarding the T37-Nagano jumphole, it's a relatively new addition, and I woulnd't count on it being there forever. I don't think that Lore-wise it is supposed to be a sneaky highway into the heart of the most guarded parts Kusari. I think it was just thrown in there, probably for trade purposes to balance out some route/commodity.

By the look on current Disco's population, nobody has any idea, how things should be working at all.... But in same time, I agree, that whole subject about Kusari indeed requires singnificant attention.
But....let's try to do it, like in RL. When you have some equipment's malfunction, you don't run replacing anything (or just purchasing new). You trying to figure out, what the problem is, and then trying to fix it.
Let's see from a trader's viewpoint. I had indy Samura Transport for a long time, so, I think, I can judge the whole situation. And I say, it's pretty sweet. Samura was my favourite trading faction, and Kusari, has a lot of benefits for trading.
1) Good relations with Gallia (Hello all Liberty and Bretonia traders). Yeah, I know, that distance is huge, and empty system, but hey. When you got someone together with you, or just someone for chatting, it's not that boring at all.
2) One of the biggest market. Kusari-Rheinland; Kusari-Liberty; Kusary-Gallia; Kusari-1/2 Hispania. A lot of places, where you could fly. Even if you are hardcored RP, and keep trading only with commoduties, which being sold/purchased on your's NPC faction bases. So, here we also putting green mark.
Kishiro buddy with GMG and a bit DB with GC, so this should compensate lack of bound with Hispania.
3) No point in talking about profit, because, it's nearly same everywhere.
So, as I can see, Kusari has no major problem with trading. But still, it can't run smoothy as we want.
Let's ask Kusari Pirates, how they can see their current status, and what could be improved.
Whoever sold the idea of systems being the probelm should seek nedical attention. People who want to be find only need to show up. Everyone is sitting doing nothing but wondering when will somene log. Bet anything that if these people were to showup with there tags inenemy systems, people will show up. The universe map is not the problem, cosmetic at best - but lazy people waiting for others to push them -
