On the grounds of this not being discussed with any of the ooRP leadership of Bretonia (henceforth named the War Cabinet or WC), consisting of myself (BAF lead), the BPA lead, Bowex Lead, BMM Lead, Gateway lead, Marcus, or Fallen, I ask that anyone wishing to be a part of this withold voting until something can actually be discussed. The WC chat would need to speak about this prior to implementation of any kind (including any sort of planning). As we (the listed above) in the War Cabinet chat are the ooRP leadership for Bretonia as a whole, it would be better if this was discussed with us before setting out a vote.

Maybe if y'all did something other than sitting around like Kusari other indy players wouldn't be trying to jump start your dead RP. Rolling in here and saying "I wasn't consulted" isn't how it works because your butt-hurt at how little activity Bretonia has, but hell lets crush another RP start because the old guard doesn't want their feathers ruffled.

I really like this idea, I think it will give Disco a new perspective on role-play and encourage people to to really get into Bretonian Lore. The only issue I can foresee is that the Kusari Government currently has a similar thing, but they'd had issues with motivation to keep the project alive. So if you can maintain a lot of momentum for it, I certainly can't see why you can't go through with it.

I think the issue here is that Alpha is concerned with the WC being disregarded or their opinion on the matter discarded. Even I can see the concern as parliament style roleplay can be perceived as directly threatening to WC, but the underlying truth is that this project would probably just create a chance for people to RP as a political figure without the need of being the 1iC of a House Faction.

Anyway, I love the idea and I might even try to participate myself, if I had the time.

Dab has already settled this matter. The Parliament because of the war crisis has already given several of its powers to the War Council. So matters that require immediate decision and attention are going directly to the War Council. Personally, I would not like this to change.
