Mr Wells,
Thank you for the very thorough report, you and your team are to be commended. It's a shame that Omega 41 proved to be so hostile, the aggresive radiation in particular would be an issue as you say, costing us more than any potential profits, the mines and asteroids are the final nail.
I will remove the system from the potential site list and move on, hopefully the results of the Hellfire Legion's invitation with provide something more to our liking.

Pilots of OSC,
I have recently been contacted by a group calling themselves Bund Freiheitlicher Landwirte, an offshoot of the LWB. These BFL apparently wish to seek peaceful means to their goals and quite surprisingly includes opening trade with us. Naturally I am highly suspicious of their motives given the brutality we've seen from the LWB upon Baden Baden.
For the sake of lessening threat I have agree to a ceasefire as an act of good faith while we continue discussions, therefore I ask all pilots to refrain from attacking an BFL marked ship unless provoked but remain on guard when entering Rheinland as these negotiations may quickly turn sour.
I will update you as things develop, safe flight to you all.

Message Beginning:
Good Day Mr. Pines , Captains , Pilots!
After the invitation of Lord Commander Samuel Locklear , a survey team led by the OSC|Wandering Ellegance and accompanied by David Chesterton and Peter Simpson set off to meet representatives of the Hellfire Legion and the Commonwealth of House Liberty, namely Lord Commander Samual Locklear , Fleet Captain Lennard Westbrook and Star Colonel Jordan Lancaster, in order to conduct a survey of the Commomwealth controled areas in hopes of finding a site where future Spa & Cruise operations could be maintained.
The following is a surmary of the data collected on every possible site and location, pointing out possibilities, pros and cons:
Data log #1: Humbolt System
While being a double-star system, Humbolt holds little to no safety to anyone not armed well enough. The only planet in the system is Planet Bora Bora, an uninhabited rocky planet. Mining operations on and around it are present by multiple parties, therefore extended industrial traffic is possible. Also, security is hard to maintain, as no friendly station or stationary vessel is nearby, however both Junkers and Rogues are present in the area.
Further more, jumphole connections to Humbolt apear to be very unstable, which can cause countless issues.
The most concerning fact is Fortaleza Base which Lord Commander Locklear also mentioned as being a base of operation for pirate raids against mining operations on a regular basis. Regardles, regular scan of Planet Bora Bora was conducted:
Quote: Planet Bora Bora
A fully rock and desert covered planet on the wester part of the Humbolt system, uninhabited, minor mining operations are frequent, however it does not have anything to offer in regards of tourism.
The area around the planet is clear of any large obsticles, however any sort of supllies would need to be transported from far, as no friendly installation is available nearby. The view offered planetside isn't much to talk about. Jumphole connecions are also poor to the planet, as the only close-by connections around are towards Kansas or Puerto Rico, which continue to build up issues against starting an operation in the area.
Data log #2: Kansas System
A system not really crowded, Kansas has little traffic, mostly miners and movers flying towards Humbolt. Pirate activity is also low to none in the area, even though the system is directly connected with Humbolt ( with an instable jumphole ) and Magellan. The second gives a good option to set supply routes up, alhough asteroid fields can give supply convoys a hard time travelling through. Still, the scenery is deffinately one that can be to draw the attention of tourists of higher wealth as well, opening up multiple options on how to build a Spa and Cruise operation up. Security can still be an issue, as not even Hellfire Legion patrols are a regular yet, however, according to information given from the Lord Commander, this is a thing to change soon.
Surveys were concluded around two planet gropus, as both planets have a moon orbiting. However, with all the pros, there is one thing that gives many concers, which is a massive dark matter cloud located on the northwest area of the system, which is also a restricted area for Hellfire Legion, which means there is a good reason to be careful.
Quote: Planet Wichita
The planet is covered by a huge ocean with only a few larger islands, it is yet to be colonized, as there are little to no resources that could be used, making the idea non cost efficient. However, it has everthing else that could be needed for an operation to take place. Wichita is also orbited by a small icy moon with little to no interest nor capability for anything useful. The planet is far away from the previously mentioned dark matter cloud, givng a certain ammount of safety, it is also close to the system exit towards Magellan, making accessability good. However, according to information provided by the Hellfire Legion, unusual events went off planetside, which can turn out either way, bringing people towards or scaring them away.
All together, this is a site which can serve and a possible location for Orbital Spa & Cruise.
Quote: Planet Topeka
A massive gas giant located neat the center of the system, next to one of the two start, never been surveyed planetside, most probably due to the fact that little is known about the planet. Its rings are a wonderful view, could be an absolute tourist location. System exit to Magellan is not much away than from Wichita, however a massive asteroid field is in the way, making supply flights difficult. Further more, the planet is uncomfortingly close to the before mentioned dark matter cloud and while not knowing much about that area, it is deffinately not something to go easy with. Due to holding too many unpredictable possibilities, the area is most probably not the best site for any operations at the moment, once further system survey can be conducted and heavier security installations be deployed, a revision may take place.
Data log #3: Vespucci System
The home system of theHellfire Legion and the capital of the Commonwealth of House Liberty, Vespucci is well protected and its infrastructure is very good. Apart from trade lanes, everything is in reach in regards of supplies and hostile ( pirate ) activity is zero. While the only exi from the system is towards MAgellan, as the Humbolt conection seems to be unstable, this limits the possibilities, however the rest seems to compensate for it. There are two planets which were worth for a survey in the area that is open to public traffic, the reast are for Hellfire legion only, however, since there are asteroid fields and gas clouds in the restricted area, it doesn't have anything for Orbital Spa and Cruise anyways.
Quote: Planet Iridescencia
A volcanic planet, with a non-breathable athomosphere, Planet Iridescencia is on the edge of the public part of Vespucci. While being close to the Humbolt jumphole, Hellfire patrols and stationary weapon platforms are protecting the area. Since the planet surface is not fit for any planetside operation, the view from orbit is deffinately one to see. Even though supply routes can be lengthy due to a small portion of an asteriod field being between the planet and the Magellan jumphole, however, with a small detour, it can be easily avoided. With being in the hearth of the Commonwealth, it can be a possible site of a further Orbital Spa and Cruise operation.
Quote: Planet Guadalajara
The crown gem of the Commonwealth , Planet Guadalajara is the soon to be capital planet ofthe Commonwealth of Liberty. The planet is very similar to any of the inhabited planets of Sirius, yet at the same time, totally different. Its surface is covered with a mixture of hot deserts, wet jungles, ice cold mountain ranges and virtually every other type of terrain found on other planets. Limited terraforming and infrastructure constructions are already underway, which can turn the planet into a commercial and touristical center very soon. Being close to the Magellan jumphole, which is protectedby Hellfire Legion warships, security is not a problem, while supplies can easily bemovet from and to the planet. So far, this is the most possible candidate for a future Touristica operation, due to the rich resources the planet has to offer.
After surmarizing all the data, and if requested, R&D department is ready to submit a possible plan of deployment for a - for the start, temporary - operation in cooperation with the Hellfire Legion and the Commonwealth of House Liberty. In case such is requested, please inform R&D Department at the eariest possible.
At this time, I would like to point the fact out, which shows how serious the Hellfire Legion and the Commonwealth intntions are, that the three highest ranking officers of the Legion were the ones guiding us around their systems, giving us lots of information on how the Legion and the Commonwealth was founded, how they operate and what their plans are for the future. I personally belive this could be an equally profitable cooperation for both sides, and could open up further possibilities.
Best regards:
Andrew Wells
Head of R&D

Mr Wells,
I must commend you upon the detail of this report, along with Mr Simpson and Mr Chesterton for their able assistance, I'm also glad to see our survey budget has been wisely spent even if it slightly higher than I'd prefer.
The three possible locations, WItchita, Iridescencia and Guadalajara are quite promising, however I am more inclined towards Witchita and Guadalajara due to their close proximity to the Magellan jumpholes which would make supplying any potential asset far safer and cost effective. That of course rests entirely upon the permissions of the Lord Commander and the Commonwealth goverment but we are getting ahead of ourselves.
As per your recommendation Mr Wells, we will open negotiations with the Hellfire Legion for the placement of a luxury yacht within the Commonwealth to gauge popularity and interest. Should demand prove high enough we will aim to establish a liner and possibly a resort upon Guadalajara.
We shall need to know whom the Legion would allow as suppliers, what requirements we need to meet or policies to follow and a list of banned goods, I'm sure Captain Blackwood would be happy to assist you should you need to delegate.
I intend to contact the Liberty goverment for a statement regarding the aforementioned plan as a token gesture, we will of course be proceeding regardless

FOR MR PINES -- EYES ONLY --
Dear Mr Pines,
As you know I'm currently investigating the case of the missing individual Moleigh Darksaint. Firstly I must stress my apologies for the lack of reports, until recently there has been little in the way of progress... this has now changed and there have been a number of interesting developments, some of which have the potential to be very unsavory for OSC if handled incorrectly. I have condensed these into the following list:
1. Moleigh's Shady Past: Lorleii ( Moleigh's daughter) has informed me of possible unlawful actions carried out by her mother in the past, she failed to provide any specifics but insists that she had put it behind her. However as Saint logistics supplies some of our resorts it could be problematic if this information became public.
2. Moleigh's last known location: CCTV footage from a bar on Diogo resort has confirmed that she landed on Curacao. How she managed to avoid our security systems and get to the bar is currently unknown, however it raises the question, is she getting some kind of assistance planet side?
3. Possible location of her vessel: The most recent development, which I'm currently investigating, came from a chance meeting with a crew of an OSC science research vessel. They picked up an odd sound contact on a hydrophone array, currently there is some debate on what it was but one suggestion is a craft impacting with the sea. I will be travelling with Lorleii and the crew to the location of this contact shortly.
4. Possible OSC involvement: This is currently just an intuitive feeling, however the behavior of some OSC staff, the fact that Moleigh managed to land and get to Diogo undetected and the lack of evidence of her current whereabouts makes me think that she is getting help from an insider. I cannot currently fathom the motive behind such actions but need to keep an open mind to all possibilities.
With all this considered I will aim to continue the investigation as quietly as I can. My main priority is finding Moleigh alive but if in the process of doing so I uncover something unsettling I want you to be aware of it early. I hope I am proven wrong but thought it best to inform you just in case.
I will report again once I have more information...

Miss Banks,
I was beginning to wonder about this investigation, the lack of reports has troubled me greatly and from what you've uncovered it is deservedly so.
We now have a missing person with a criminal past loose upon our resorts, a person who by all accounts does not wish to be found and you speculate, has help from within the company. This is not the direction I intended for this investigation Miss Banks, a lost courier case should not be escalating into a security threat.
While your suspicions are appreciated, and if you gain evidence to support them please inform me immediately, I do not believe it wise to pursue them unless the case demands it lest you attract attention. To avoid any awkward questions I have created this direct line to my office, it is text only unfortunately but should allow you to report in securely. I expect good news next time.

Dear All,
As I’m sure you are aware the recent Core attack on the Zoners in Omicron Delta has left Freeport 11 in a dire state. The stations hull integrity has been compromised and life support systems are failing, without intervention the situation will become critical, potentially endangering many more lives. Although we at OSC strive to keep neutrality over such conflicts our humanitarian pledge cannot be ignored. When the galaxy turns dark we are there.
Normally in these situations we would offer our liners to transport those in need to safety, however as the sector is currently volatile and there is an organised relief effort underway the department deemed it unwise to risk any liner and her large crew to such an endeavour. With this in mind the OSC|Dover was redirected from its normal operations to help transport much needed aid to the station.
Regards,
Karen Banks Director of the Humanitarian Aid Department

Greetings OSC Command,
As requested by the Humanitarian department I completed my last Tea shipment and headed for Omega 49 and Planet Gran Canaria. The system was eerily quiet but planet side the cargo hanger was a hive of activity. I was quickly informed of a route to Freeport 11 (See below) and my hold filled with Disaster Relief Organized Packages (D.R.O.Ps).
Omega 49
With the cargo stowed and my Nav system updated I left Planet Gran Canaria and headed to the Omega 47 jump hole located within the Barrier Nebular. Nothing of interest to report.
Omega 47
After the jump into Omega 47 I checked my scanners, no contacts. This system again proved to be quite but not without interest. As i passed the large purple gas planet Rabat I was reminded of the company logo. It may be of interest to OSC command as a potential site for future resorts, for the record I have included an image of the planet, however due to the importance of the mission I did not have time to investigate further. Next destination the Omega 41 jump hole in the Walker Nebular
Omega 41
Ah Omega 41, I know other captains are aware of the beauty and dangerous of this system, the high levels of radiation, dense asteroid field and scattered mine fields keep one on one's toes. But the sight of the neutron star at its heart is something to behold, a once in a lifetime for many! A passing Freelancer voiced his surprise of seeing an OSC vessel in the system but hurried past, no doubt cautious of lingering too long in the radioactive glow of the neutron star. After carefully crossing the system I jumped to Omicron Theta via the jump hole.
Omicron Theta
The transverse across Omega 41 had left minor radiation damage to my ablative armor and was in need of repair. Luckily the system is home to Freeport 9, the crew on-board, seeing I was conducting a relief run to Freeport 11 seemed happy to arrange rapid repairs for my vessel. As I waited for Dover to be readied I wondered down to the Bar, it was filled with people, some huddled in groups poring over plans, while others stared at the news broadcasts of the unfolding crisis.
After the quick repairs were complete I undocked to head for the Omicron 74 jump hole, another Freelancer, maybe unaware his comm channel was open was mumbling about being robbed of his relief cargo and seemed glad to be heading in the other direction, I must say this encounter nearly had me dropping my cargo at Freeport 9 and heading to Cortez.
Omicron 74
Little to report, no encounters during transit, however an unknown planet, on my Nav system at least, caught my eye. Again OSC command may be interested to investigate this system further.
Omicron Delta
The journey so far had proven far less eventful then I had expected, however as soon as I jumped into Delta I was greeted by a large Corsair battle group. I must say the view from my bridge was daunting, my scanner filled with numerous contacts. Thankfully my presence was hardly noticed and although I was unsure of their stance they seemed occupied by bigger "fry".
I held back from the "no mans land" between the jump hole and Freeport 11, waiting for a gap on my scanners. Having the Corsair fleet so close was unnerving but I hoped our previous aid missions to Planet Crete had not been forgotten. Once I spotted a gap, and I admit built up enough courage, I engaged full cruise power and made the dash to Freeport 11.
The station was in a terrible state, the attack had left hull breaches which were visibly leaking gasses in to space and the interior lights appeared to be flickering with intermittent power. Around the station a few Zoner craft were protecting and overseeing the relief vessels as they came and went. I docked with the station after receiving clearance, on-board there was no time for pleasantries, I was instructed to stay on Dover as the station's crew unloaded the cargo due to the possibility of a rapid decompression. Once the unloading was complete I was thanked for my efforts and cleared for un-docking.
The dash back to Omicron 74 was a little fraught as most of the craft in the region were engaged in battle, I cruised well away, wary of being caught in the cross fire.
I must say in my opinion without aid this station would be at risk of total destruction and hopefully OSC's effort will go some way to help save the lives of those on-board.
I am currently at Freeport 9, resupplying my ship to return to normal duties.

Miss Banks, Captain Jones,
You have both done stirling work aiding those unfortunate souls aboard Freeport 11 and have bolstered our company's good name by doing so, in the future however I would advise taking a member of the security division along with you, a war zone is not the place for a lone transport.
The two locations mentioned in Captain Jones report will be sent to Mr Wells and our R&D department for potential investigation, hopefully a site will be found that matches our critera.
Again, excellent work.
