Omicron Rho has famously had a history of being highly restricted to non-Core personnel, in contrasts to our other installations and bases where we permit the docking of foreign vessels. However, with recent shifts and changes in our operations, we have decided to relax the restraints on foreign or non-allied entities that visit the system.
Therefore, we will be issuing Omicron Rho Pass Visas to all those who wish to support our effort in the Edge Worlds. The price of Visas is as follows:
40,000,000 credits for individuals.
60,000,000 credits for groups.
If you wish for your Visa to remain permanent, there is a special offer:
300,000,000 credits for individuals.
500,000,000 credits for groups.

Permanent Pass Visa nulifies any restrictions.
These Pass Visas, except for Permanent ones, must be renewed every thirty days if you wish to freely pass Omicron Rho. Credit purchases for Pass Visas can be made to Core|Imperium.
Ships with a previous history of supplying or running trade contracts for The Core, also ships in affiliation with the factions that supplied or traded with The Core, will find they have been already registrated as a show of good will.

If you have not acquired a Pass Visa and venture into Omicron Rho with the intention of passing a system, we will turn you away. If you refuse, you will be forced to drop your cargo. Remember, as stated by section 1.0 of our laws, access to Omicron Rho will be still be restricted to specific vessels or those who have acquired a Pass Visa. All else will be dealt with in the manner we have mentioned.
Repeated attempts to break into our space without permission will result in permanent hostility.
