Crime Boss of the Liberty Rogues it’s been reported that he’s never been seen by any outside the Rogues. Well he has been now. I’ve seen him and talked to him and I can tell you one thing for sure, this guy is a few hull plates short of a starflier. Sylpheed cropped up with the DPL, he came with them and insinuated himself into the Rogues higher echelons, when Valdar went away, he took the top spot and now he won’t relinquish it. The timing of Sylpheeds arrival and Reynolds death isn’t a coincidence. It was Sylpheed who arranged for the protest to be hit and it was Sylpheed who organised the DPL, of course this would require Sylpheed to have contacts in the Navy, which he did have up until recently anyway. The Admiral responsible for having Reynolds demobbed was the same guy bribed to send out a black ops team to smash this convoy. These coincidences just keep stacking up.
Personal Vessel: LR-Gunboat.Diplomat-D, a Rogue Gunboat.
Andrew Mort
Soon after Sylpheed’s sudden disappearance, however, his second in command, a young man named Andrew took over the leadership of the Rogues and DPL. Rumors tell that he is a schizophrenic, constantly changing his way of speech and how he acts around both his friends and his enemies. He is told to be an ex worker of the West Point academy docking crew, oddly enough, considering he was found clipping off his own mother’s head inch by inch with a toeclipper, when he was five and was sentenced to correctional, but the information on how he actually joined Sylpheed’s side remains twisted. Andrew Mort is still slowly gaining power over the time he leads his friends on their daily routes in Liberty, but he has yet to earn the respect that of Sylpheed.
Personal Vessel: LR-Lasting.Damage, a Rogue bomber.
Ashes "Nighthawk" Yotaka*
Originally from Planet Kyushu in Kusari, Ashes left behind her bleak fate to seek the freedom Liberty promised. She joined with the Liberty Rogues in order to fulfill this dream through hard work. Ashes' first friend with in the Rogues was Draya Kirillov, who was a new recruit around the same time Ashes joined. The two dubbed themselves the "Cali Girls" and fly matching "Doomsday" Barghests. While not exactly an Ace pilot, Ashes has gained a small reputation of being one of the “unkillable” Rogues. She has eluded certain death from overwhelming odds countless times in the past.
Ashes spent much time befriending and forging links with the 'higher ups' of the Liberty Rogues, and when Andrew Mort took over she was chosen to take the position of Underboss. Ashes has been sighted in space less often as of late, and instead dedicates most of her time to helping run the Liberty Rogues behind the scenes and working as a mechanic on Alcatraz. She is even responsible for several of the recent improvements in the design of the Rogues’ trademark ship; the Greyhound. Originally joining the Liberty Rogues seeking freedom, Ashes is slowly losing sight of her goal, and her humanity.
Personal Vessel: LR-Dramatic.Exit, Greyhound heavy fighter.
Danny White
Easily recogniseable by his notorious cough, Danny White is part of the second generation of Sylpheed's Liberty Rogues. He gained trust with Mort and Yotaka through dedication to the Liberty Rogues, and became the Captain of the second ever Liberty Rogue Slave Liner to be commissioned, the Big Sexy Beast. After Andrew Mort took leave, Danny White stepped into the role of acting Crime Boss until he returned. Today, Danny White is the Underboss in charge of the Liberty Rogues' smuggling wing, the Cult of Contraband.
Personal Vessel: Hole In the Wallet, a Barghest Bomber
Eva Jones
One of the new and up-coming Liberty Rogues, Eva Jones is narcissistic and from the beginning she was notably arrogant and disliked, but quickly proved her worth on the battlefield. Eva Jones inherited the Gunboat of Ex-Underboss Ashes Yotaka, the Heart Of Gold, and uses it with deadly precision to create chaos all over Liberty. Eva Jones quickly gained the trust of Sylpheed and rose through the ranks to Underboss in record timing. Very little is known about Eva Jones, except that she handles her ships and hand weapons with military finesse and takes pain medication for a limp in her right leg.
Personal Vessel: Misery Buisness, a Greyhound Heavy Fighter
Moka
Moka rose to power within the ranks of the Liberty Rogues fairly quickly. He fell almost as quickly being overthrown by the Underboss Clyde Johnson. He took this in his stride and created a seperate entity; the Padua Liberty Rogues. The two groups Coincided in relative peace for the most part with the PLR claiming Northern Liberty, later expanding into Kusari. Moka was best known for bringing the Unnatural Disaster to life - a working version of the 'Another Fine Product From The Nonsense Factory'.
After the rise and fall of many groups of Rogues, most notably the Liberty Rogues, Tori took it upon herself to take what she had learned as her time of being underboss in both the Liberty Rogues, and the Padua Liberty Rogues to form a small crime syndicate. Using her knowledge of what would make them successful, she employed those she trusted with the intention of forming a notable force in Liberty once again.
Tori knew she needed to have a group of loyal Rogues before anything could come to fruition. This would be the hard part. While there were many rumours of Moka’s whereabouts – many of which stated he had fled Liberty, or died – she knew not many of the remaining Rogues would be willing to follow her. After all she was only young; and a woman at that. To eliminate this problem, she needed support. Her first port of call was a man named Marcus Vale. While Tori did not know much about Marcus, she knew he was loyal. His experience as an underboss in the Padua Liberty Rogues would prove to be valuable. Due to his previous experience, Marcus would be given then rank of Consigliere – the advisor and political analyst of the group. His knowledge would be something she called on often. The two met in a bar to further discuss the offer and for her to ensure he was on side.
While basing temporarily off Fortaleza Base in Humboldt. From here Tori sent a transmission out available for all Rogues. This was met with a variety of responces. The larger - already established groups - were happy to see her back with this plan, willing to offer support as it was required. The individual pilots were not as open to this idea, accusing her of political speeches and suggesting the Lane Hackers to be a better fit. Despite having the support from Marcus and a few additional Rogues who had been more than happy to join her, she began to wonder if this was, in fact, a good idea. These thoughts did not stay long after hearing from an old friend;
Tori was happy to discover that not only was he on her side; but he also had a number of loyal pilots willing to follow him, as well as being able to assist in resolving the Sirius Rogues problems with a station to base out of; and the means to fund this. She later learnt this was due to a deal he had made with the Junker Congress for the return of the Arbiter - James Trenton. Addic's only stipulation was to be allowed to use the Color Rogue patch as his secondary, Tori was more than willing to agree to this. A combination of the support he was able to offer and their previous relations led her to appoint him the role of Vice President in the Sirius Rogues.
Tori also knew that while having a safe place to call home was important, getting on side with the Junkers was also a priority to secure their future with the Outcasts. With the establishment of Carolina Outpost as a staging area for the Sirius Rogue forces, Puerto Rico can now be considered home. The Junkers had dominated the cardamine trade in Liberty for some time, and it was a concern many Rogue Crime Boss’ and Warlords ha prior to the Sirius Rogues. While the Junkers had been distributing cardamine throughout Liberty, the Rogues were all but an expendable force to them. The Sirius Rogues knew that; they also knew it was time for the Sirius Rogues to establish their own economy. Eventually a deal would need to be made with the Junkers of Puerto Rico, known as Junker Congress. First, these Junkers would need to see a show of force, not just to put them under thumb, but to force them to recognize the Rogues as power in Puerto Rico.
Once they had a secure home and number of pilots on board, the Sirius Rogues intend to contact other known allies and friends to re-establish relations, re-open trade opportunities and capitalize on black market ventures. This was one thing had remained true to previous Rogue groups, they did not consider themselves to be pirates. While they were largely unorganized in their dealings in organized crime, they saw themselves to have more class than that of the traditional pirates in across Sirius. The Sirius Rogues utilize piracy not as a form of commerce, but to disrupt business within Liberty.
Shortly after the establishment of the Sirius Rogues Tori disappeared. Her current whereabouts are unknown. With Moka imprisoned under the Liberty Police the Sirius Rogues had no one else to turn to. In order to keep the group focused on their goals Addic stepped up to the position of President. His natural leadership abilities and unrelenting hatred of the Liberty Government made him perfect for the position. A great injustice has been done to the Rogues and Addic capitalizes on this fact with the younger generation of Rogues. Addic has a nearly unnatural persuasive personality, often influencing the younger Rogues. They are so dedicated to him that at times they hold him in near reverence. His vision for the Rogues is one of equality, where a man cannot be labeled a criminal because of what caste of people he was born to. Addic and his followers will do whatever must be done to see this vision to it’s reality. In their eyes, the means always justify the ends.
As with all Liberty Rogues and their Outcast cousins, many of the Sirius Rogues are also addicted to Cardamine. As it has now become a necessity for most Rogues the transportation, use, and distribution of Cardamine is a fully acceptable practice for any Rogue. While Cardamine gives most Rogues a form of currency, Addic has much larger plans. In order to fund the war against their oppressors, Sirius Rogues have entered the arms trading market. Often times Sirius Rogues can been seen transporting Black Market Munitions, Armaments, and Black Market Light Arms. This push into the arms trade has given the Sirius Rogues a stable income and the weapons needed fuel the fight.
Now that the Junkers in Puerto Rico are under thumb, a form of commerce has been established, and Sirius Rogues have a stockpile of ammo they are ready to start the fight. While Puerto Rico can be called a home it is time for the Sirius Rogues to expand. The focus will be on their former home and it’s surrounding areas. Cassini calls, friends in Kusari need help, and the Kepler/Galileo systems are nearly undefended.
THE NEW CODE OF CONDUCT
A Rogue must never engage another Rogue in combat unless said Rogue is a proven traitor or if it is a duel both parties have agreed to.
A Rogue must never engage against an ally of the Rogues (For the purpose of this document allies are defined as Outcasts, Lane Hackers, Unioners, Molly, or Red Hessian) unless it is in the defense of oneself or another Rogue.
Rogues are encouraged to pirate the Corporate Dogs of Liberty. Cargo demands are prefered, however, if no transport is available to haul the cargo a monetary demand is acceptable. The monetary demand should coincide with the amount of cargo being hauled, not the value of the commodity being hauled. For transports hauling under 1,000 units a demand of 500,000 Sirius Credits is appropriate. Transports hauling over 1,000 units a demand of 1,000,000 Sirius Credits per 1,000 units is appropriate (IE if the transport is hauling 5,000 units, the demand would be 5,000,000 Sirius Credits, or if the transport is hauling 2,500 units, the demand would be 2,500,000 Sirius Credits). OORP: We don’t want to get greedy. Piracy should be done in such a way that it promotes further interaction with the traders.
A Rogue does not pirate traders doing business with Rogue stations.
Any vessel importing Cardamine or exporting Slaves will not be pirated, however, donations for the cause can be asked of the Captains of those vessels. Failure to donate may cause misfires of Rogue weapon systems.
Junkers should not be pirated, instead a donation to the cause should be requested. Once again, failure to donate may cause misfires of Rogue weapon systems.

We will be running a "chapter" system where those who join - while flying under our call sign - will have the opportunity to keep their group as is - including keeping their tag as a suffix to their name. Recruitment, leadership and names will remain as it was for that group unless it is agreed to be changed.
Any communications directed to this chapter will be this chapters responsibility - as will recruitment and maintenance of assets unless otherwise discussed.
This will allow for each group to continue on with what has already been in play with the additional support and backing of a larger force.
Business deals and large decisions can still be made for each individual chapter, but will be discussed among leadership before being set in motion.

Hey there, glad to see that particular niche being filled up by another potential faction.
My only suggestion is that you try your best not to represent the whole of the Rogues - that was the biggest mistake I saw with the old LR-. Trying to ''absorb'' other groups and bring them into one clump would remove the diversity of roleplay the ID would otherwise allow. - Though in the end it all depends on how you decide to handle it.
Rogues in general are a group with very many bases, each with their own slightly differing contacts in the area, after all. And while the comparison I would hesitate to make - they are kinda like Zoners in that regard. Anyway, I am very interested where this goes and I hope you guys end up giving us a good replacement for the old LR.
One thing though, House Corps aren't really ''hostile'' to you per se. Neither are the Red Hessians, since some of them still fly our tech (For one reason or another). Anyway, the best of luck!
EDIT: Also, the Hyena is now a Light bomber (and a very damn good one).

For now I'd put GC as unfriendly(blame @sindroms), but it can be neutral after some nice interactions or comms.
As for the writeup in general, seems to be alright at the first look. Sirian Rouges is a bit too global name, but that's the matter of taste. Anyways good luck to you, Liberty definantly needs some more rouge activity.

It probably wasnt explained well here, I will look into re-wording things over the next few days, but it's more bringing them together under one tag. It's not forced, and I believe the colours are staying separate - which I am more than happy with because it does give that variety.
Leadership of the groups would stay the same, essentially do the same things they were before, with a larger backing and the means for support if it ever came to it. It is primarily directed at smaller groups which have perhaps fallen off the radar or lost activity, but still wish to fly as Rogue with a group.
I did have something to help explain this.... But it seems to have been lost in the depths of my computer. I do understand what you are saying, and I have seen it happen. I will be keeping a very close eye on this.

Whoops, I thought I changed that before posting. Thank you.

Again, thank you. That should be fixed now too.
