I'm not sure how you've managed to keep your troops supplied with weaponry but I imagine things are starting to look bleak now the Liberty forces are occupied in California and Magellan or otherwise unable to provide assistance.
That is where a man of my talents comes into play.
For the sake of security I will withold any details, know only that I am able to acquire a variety of merchandise that your brave soldiers on Leeds may find extremely useful in their struggle. In return I ask for moderate payment and consideration should the House of Bretonia require any further resupply. A fair deal I believe, given the dangers.
