USI has recently expanded the hull of Platinum Incorporated, and as a result, the executive board has been drafting plans for ways to fill the newly added space. Since we still have quite a bit of room, even after the new vault was added, the board has decided that the construction of a set of offices and conference rooms for our management staff stationed in Alberta, as well as a bar for general use would be the best use of the remaining space on the station. Since Orbital Spa and Cruise has a great deal of experience furnishing liners and resorts with the utmost of quality, the board has decided to offer you, your designers, and your construction teams this contract first. If this is something you and your teams are interested in, please send us an estimated cost and a bill of materials, so that we may start shipping to our base and your teams may begin construction there.

My name is James Blackwood, I am the Director for New Business within Orbital Spa and Cruise and I'll be handling your contract.
Before we can begin Orbital will need to know the layout of the space available to us, as well as size. For instance is the space located along one deck, several decks? Is it all unified or will the bar and offices be separated.
Once we have those questions answered our teams will draft a few proposals for you to pick from.
Regards,
James Blackwood

To answer your questions, there are three decks with space available for this project, and while the conference rooms and offices will need to be in the same location, the bar may be located elsewhere. As for the space available, we are estimating that there is enough space to put in twenty offices and two conference rooms along with the bar.

We have taken the size of the space into consideration and have the following proposal for you.
The Conference Room's - Based on an already existing design in use on Curacao these exquisite offices will provide a stunning view of the planet below, additionally each room is equipped with the latest in holo-projection technology.
The Office's - Another already in use design on Curacao, this office space has been proven to increase employee productivity and morale more than 8%. This is due to our revolutionary design incorporating a special genetically engineered grass that boosts local oxygen levels almost 3%.
The Bar - As part of the request it was discussed that we make the bar in more of a homely manner. As such the main bar is split via two levels. The upper level contains the bar in a standard configuration. While the lower array is open enough to be flexible for either parties with no furniture or a total bar configuration with several dozen sets of tables and chairs.
Before we can have our contractors sent to your station we will need the following supplies delivered.
5,000 units of Basic Alloy
1,000 units of Consumer Goods
1,000 units of Gin
500 units of Holosculptures
1,000 units of Liberty Ale
500 units of Luxury Consumer Goods
1,000 units of Rheinbier
1,000 units of Rum
1,000 units of Sake
1,000 units of Vodka
1,000 units of Whiskey
1,000 units of Wine
Additionally a sum of 50,000,000 s.c. must be transferred to OSC|Offshore.Account to pay for our design teams services.
Regards,
James Blackwood

I'm pleased to say that I am rather impressed with the designs OS&C have drafted. I'll send over the credits immediately and begin shipping the requested supplies. The only change I am requesting is the removal of the grass in the offices. Some of our employees have allergies and as a result, hate the stuff, even if it might be genetically altered. Other than that, I am eager to see these designs implemented on the station in the near future.
All of the requested materials have been shipped. If I could get an update on construction progress and an estimated time of completion, it would be greatly apreciated.

The OSC|Monte_Cristo departed earlier today for your station in Alberta and is currently moored along side. Our contractors have started construction of the Bar first then will move onto the offices before finishing with the conference rooms. I'm told it will take them a little over two weeks to finish construction and outfitting of the facilities.
In the mean time the OSC|Monte_Cristo will remain at your station providing facilities for our contractors. Furthermore I'm told the vessel will allow its various amenities to be open to any one on the station. Allowing your personnel to experience Orbitals Luxurious Service without even needing to book a trip.
Regards,
James Blackwood

President Tomson,
I have just received notice from our work crews confirming the completion of their task, I believe Director Blackwood also arranged several bottles of champagne to be placed in the newly constructed bar so that you may celebrate the new additions properly.
The Monte Cristo will be departing within the hour, if there is any faults or issues with the completed works please inform us immediately.
We hope you enjoy your new facilities for many years to come.
