Sehr geehrter Herr Klugmann,
It is an honor for me to talk to you. Literally. I assume you've raised an eyebrow when you saw the sender of this transmission. It isn't a daily thing to have an officer of the Polizei talking to you in a friendly way, am I wrong?
However, this isn't exactly the first time we exchange words. On my duty in the name of justice I've stumbled upon the part of Frankfurt you declared Bundschuh/Widerstand territory. You don't need a scientist to realize that your pilots don't like to have an officer like me flying around your zone, but I personally wouldn't call me an enemy of the Bundschuh Partei.
You and your Armee have done a lot of positive things for the people of Rheinland, I really appreciate this. As I'm still calling myself a Detektiv of the Polizei with this being a job I don't want to risk by contacting you, you may see this as an offer of trust between your Widerstandsarmee and me. I would like to learn more about the Widerstandsarmee, I would even assist you to do all the great things you do for the people of the once admirable Bundesrepublik.
Although this is more than a year ago, the first positive impressions I got of the Widerstandsarmee were through a transmission to Sirius written by you. I got inspired by this, and this is also the reason to contact you ultimately. What do you think about my offer to help, Herr Klugmann?
Hochachtungsvoll,

Sehr geehrter Herr Klugmann,
I know people like you and the rest of the High Command (or what you people call it) are very busy people. This is just a friendly reminder just in case the transmission went lost in paperwork.
Hochachtungsvoll,

I'm glad you reached out to us, and I apologize for taking so long to reply. I'd like to first clarify that a very, very small proportion of Rheinlanders are "enemies" of the Bundschuh Party - That would be the standing representatives at local, stellar, and governmental levels; and the military-industrial complex that props them up. Opinions amongst the inner democracy of the Party differ, but under the Widerstandsarmee's watch, Rheinlandic deaths are not a permissable consequence in the Second Popular Revolution if they can be avoided. Your compatriots are being used as "human shields", and often-times we have no choice but to attempt to force our way through.
If you wish to help us, you're certainly welcome to meet with a few members of the wing at a secure location. In the meantime, I should inform you that paramount amongst our objectives is to ensure the safety of Nuremberg's exodus population. Facilitiating their escape to Liberty or elsewhere in search of refuge, asylum, and and eventual return to Rheinland would be a good place to start, by whichever means you're able to secure given your rank and standing.

Sehr geehrter Herr Klugmann,
Vielen Dank for your response. I understand the Widerstand's concern regarding Rheinlandic deaths and I can't agree more. Now when you're saying it, we're indeed being used as human shields which is clearly an issue I want to get rid of.
During the upcoming days I will try to reach out for VWA pilots so we can work something out. In the meantime, I will do my best to faciliate the refugees's escape from Rheinland without getting caught by supervisors. I'm glad that you, and/or the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee welcome/s me to assist you.

PRIORITY: Medium ENCRYPTION: High IDENTIFICATION:Detektiv Wolfram Kruppstahl SOURCE:Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart system SUBJECT:Luxury Liner Kaemi & the refugees
Sehr geehrter Herr Klugmann,
Today I've contributed something good for the people of Nuremberg. During one of my patrols, I stumbled upon the Luxury Liner Kaemi in Hamburg which turned out to be transporting refugees to Rheinland. As you may assume, I ensured a safe passage through Hamburg and Bering. Even the captain of the ship is fighting for the same cause as we do. I'm uploading a communication log which is quite self-explanatory.
[11.06.2016 13:31:33] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Guten tag again, kapitan.
[11.06.2016 13:31:39] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Guten tag
[11.06.2016 13:31:42] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Bitte cut your engines for a quick cargo scan.
[11.06.2016 13:33:02] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: There are lifesigns onboard your ship. Bitte mount the Kaemi on Alster Shipyard for a quick check.
[11.06.2016 13:33:55] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Negative, Kruppstahl I can not do so..
[11.06.2016 13:34:25] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Docking module on my ship is broken, heading back to liberty to repair it. Lucky I still have my warranty on the Liner.
[11.06.2016 13:34:27] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Oh, you can't? I'm more than interested in the reason for that behavior.
[11.06.2016 13:35:28] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Hm. Is the Kaemi even allowed to transport human beings if the docking module is broken?
[11.06.2016 13:36:12] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: It broke after we undocked at Planet New Berlin..
[11.06.2016 13:36:28] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: They were already onboard when it happened.
[11.06.2016 13:37:02] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: How unfortunate. What's your name, kapitan?
[11.06.2016 13:37:05] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Officer I assure you they are passangers of Rheinland. Most of them have important business meetings in Liberty
[11.06.2016 13:37:24] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno Koga Captain.
[11.06.2016 13:37:24] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Guten tag, Deep Space Engineering vessel.
[11.06.2016 13:37:58] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Kusarian, I assume? Well. Bitte follow me a bit.
[11.06.2016 13:38:16] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Understood.
[11.06.2016 13:38:58] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Are you the only one on the bridge, mein herr?
[11.06.2016 13:39:16] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Yes Kruppstahl.
[11.06.2016 13:39:52] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I'm sure you're not transporting those people in the name of Orbital Spa & Cruise, do you?
[11.06.2016 13:41:19] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: No, Captain.
[11.06.2016 13:41:44] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: So that's quite a mission you're doing for yourself, I assume.
[11.06.2016 13:42:10] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I wonder how you manage to keep it hidden from OS&C, but that's not my concern.
[11.06.2016 13:42:15] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Mostly for charities and for the health of the people Captain.
[11.06.2016 13:42:37] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: So I'm right with my assumption that these people are Refugees from Rheinland?
[11.06.2016 13:43:01] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: You're not the first one transporting these people into the direction of Liberty, mein herr.
[11.06.2016 13:43:46] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: No, just Business men and Woman Captain like I said. Most of them are from Health Care Companies.
[11.06.2016 13:45:02] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I want to remind you that you just said that you're not flying in the name of OS&C right here.
[11.06.2016 13:45:28] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: So I doubt that these people are actually business men and women.
[11.06.2016 13:45:39] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: No I'm flying for a contractor. Not spesifically for OS&C.
[11.06.2016 13:45:56] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Though I am using their ship to complete the contract.
[11.06.2016 13:46:19] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: That doesn't really sound legal.
[11.06.2016 13:46:52] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: What would you do if you had the knowledge to create a better Rheinland Captain ?
[11.06.2016 13:47:06] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: If you knew a way... Would you take it ?
[11.06.2016 13:47:20] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Grasp with all your might to achieve it ?
[11.06.2016 13:47:22] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I would, mein herr.
[11.06.2016 13:47:59] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: In that case, what I am doing is legal.
[11.06.2016 13:48:22] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: These people want to get Rheinland better medical equipment officer.
[11.06.2016 13:49:12] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Bitte do me a favor and send ten people from your cargo hold up to the bridge.
[11.06.2016 13:49:22] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: They need to communicate with Liberty, but sadly the hostilities aren't fully gone yet.
[11.06.2016 13:49:34] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: So they can't in a "legal" term leave Rheinland.
[11.06.2016 13:51:34] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: They are here Captain.
[11.06.2016 13:53:31] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Do you wish to talk to one of them Detective Kruppstahl ?
[11.06.2016 13:53:43] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Indeed, I would like to.
[11.06.2016 13:54:02] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: *uncertain* Hi...
[11.06.2016 13:54:58] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Guten tag, fraulein. I'm Wolfram Kruppstahl of zhe Federal Polizei.
[11.06.2016 13:55:05] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Detektive, by the way.
[11.06.2016 13:55:09] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: What's your name?
[11.06.2016 13:55:38] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: Cailin, Detective.
[11.06.2016 13:55:54] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Alright, Cailin. Where are you from?
[11.06.2016 13:56:28] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: Planet Nuremberg Captain.
[11.06.2016 13:57:13] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Nuremberg, hmm? Well, fraulein, how exactly was living there for you?
[11.06.2016 13:58:09] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: Well there is a slight food shortage at the moment Detektive.. But other than that no complaints..
[11.06.2016 14:00:04] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I've visited Nuremberg on my own several times, ma'am. It was anything but a good stay.
[11.06.2016 14:01:01] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I don't believe you, fraulein. I can tell you that you're not the first refugee from Nuremberg.
[11.06.2016 14:01:54] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: I'm sorry Detektive.. But we are dying in Nuremberg..
[11.06.2016 14:01:54] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: At least that's what I think. The entire situation right here indicates that the Kaemi is full of refugees. Am I wrong?
[11.06.2016 14:02:28] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Right, fraulein. Worry not, you're lucky today.
[11.06.2016 14:02:31] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: *Frustrated* Yes.... Detektive,,
[11.06.2016 14:02:40] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: As well as you, kapitan.
[11.06.2016 14:03:36] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: If there was another officer on patrol today who caught you, you'd probably end up in Vierlande prison, kapitan.
[11.06.2016 14:04:15] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Now that we're both fighting for the same cause, I can be honest to you.
[11.06.2016 14:04:38] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I do support the rescue mission of the refugees coming from Nuremberg.
[11.06.2016 14:04:56] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: But we've wasted enough time by now. Liberty is the place those people need to go to.
[11.06.2016 14:05:04] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Thank you Detektive for understanding the situation..
[11.06.2016 14:05:27] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: At the end of the day we all are people who want to live a decent life, am I right?
[11.06.2016 14:05:54] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Yes you are correct.
[11.06.2016 14:05:59] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Anyhow. I know a passage to Texas. The only people we might encounter are Unioners, Xenos and Rogues.
[11.06.2016 14:06:15] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Taking the lanes wasn't exactly the brightest move.
[11.06.2016 14:06:31] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: I do not know how to repay you Detektive..
[11.06.2016 14:06:57] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Passanger: *crying* Danke herr..
[11.06.2016 14:08:03] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: We'll be moving through Bering. Sometimes, jump holes turn out to be good things.
[11.06.2016 14:08:48] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Thank you Detektive.
[11.06.2016 14:09:41] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: No need to thank me, mein herr. Things like this are self-evident.
[11.06.2016 14:11:01] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Do you smoke, herr Takeno?
[11.06.2016 14:11:23] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: I do have some bad habit of it yes..
[11.06.2016 14:11:37] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Why do you ask Detektive ?
[11.06.2016 14:11:41] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: So do I. Currently I'm trying to get rid of my addiction.
[11.06.2016 14:13:42] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: This jump hole leads to Texas.
[11.06.2016 14:14:41] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: I will escort you up to the lanes. Then I need to head back, I doubt the libertorians would like to see Rheinland Polizei in-
[11.06.2016 14:14:43] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: their territory.
[11.06.2016 14:15:00] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Understood.
[11.06.2016 14:16:13] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: At this point, herr Takeno, I need to leave you alone.
[11.06.2016 14:16:33] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Thank you!
[11.06.2016 14:16:36] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Gut luck out there. Contact me if you're transporting another load of... them.
[11.06.2016 14:16:42] RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl: Guten Flug, mein herr.
[11.06.2016 14:16:49] Luxury.Liner.Kaemi: Takeno: Will do so Detektive.
By the way, I honestly don't feel save if I'm resting on public stations and planets. What if the Buro der Marineintelligenz is aware of what I am doing? I mean, nobody can tell that for sure. Is it any possible for me to rest on Bundschuh bases during freetime? I'd like to visit my family, though - that's important for me.
Danke for your time.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Wolfram Kruppstahl Detektiv

My apologies again for the delay. I reviewed the attached logs and I'd like to personally thank you for your humanism and goodwill towards your fellow men and women. Rheinlanders sincerely only desire a fair chance at life in the end, and if the Bundesrepublik cannot provide for them, then it falls upon us to remedy that in any way we can.
If you can inform me where you last heard from your family, I will see to it that they are put in contact with you. Regardless, I must presently decline your request for docking clearance to Party strongholds; you understand, of course, that if the Buro is following you, they'll no-doubt take the fullest possible advantage of this security incident.
I would, however, suggest the old Augsburg installation on Munich; only a little over one-hundred Junkers and squatters currently reside there. The authorities are for the most part loathe to enter the dark matter nebulae enveloping the system, so I'm fairly certain you'll be safe there should you need to go in hiding temporarily.
My sincerest apologies. We'll speak when the Widerstandsarmee's not presently being worked half to death with multiple Operational fronts.

Sehr geehrter Herr Oberst,
Excuse me, but I think you misunderstood me a bit. It wasn't well explained from me, but anyways; it's not like I lost my family or something similar, I would've liked to visit them on planet Hamburg regulary. But since you refuse to grant docking rights on Bundschuh bases - which I wholly understand and agree with - this is no longer part of the discussion anyway.
The old Augsburg installation in Munich seems to be a fine place to hide if the Büro ever blows my cover.
I am not sure if this information is of use for you, but I'd like to point out that when I visited my family down on planet Hamburg last time, there's been a refugee camp built nearby. At least, that's what rumors around their city states. I witnessed it myself and I got to admit that it really seems to be true, though. It's been a while since I was on planet Nuremberg - what's the current situation down there?
I've also got a few questions, if you could spare the time to answer them. I've witnessed lots of refugees which were on their way to the Republic of Liberty, taken in custody on planet New Berlin. What are these people going to face? And my last question; where exactly will the refugees of Nuremberg be brought to once they pass borders of Rheinland?
Hochachtungsvoll,
Wolfram Kruppstahl Detektiv
Rheinland Federal Polizei
I'd like to express my appreciation that your eyesight and senses aren't veiled by a fluttering green holo-banner; reactions that we've witnessed have ranged towards near-recognition of Rheinland's socioeconomic strata, to complete denial, to admission with the caveat that the unfortunate deserve their fate. I've found solace in the old adage for narcotic addiction; the first step to take is in admitting that one has a problem.
I feel that any description that I could give regarding Nuremberg wouldn't do justice in comparison to firsthand experience. Should you choose to venture planetside to Nuremberg, I advise bringing plenty of anti-radioactive pharmaceuticals for both yourself and any you find in need.
The unfortunate citizens of Rheinland who are captured without their passports or in the company of suspect chauffeurs would, I imagine, face a gamut of penalties related to tax and law evasion, to collaboration with known and recognized Terrorist groups. For those refugees specifically, I believe your background in the Bundespolizei would be more knowledgeable than I am in determining their fate and charges.
If nothing else, my sincere hope is that what the Bundschuh builds upon is not in vain; people will die on both sides of the civil conflict. This makes the end result that much more important to reach.
The primary destination for most of the passengers spirited out of Rheinlandic borders is Bethlehem Station in Liberty, one of the only entities that offered to process and relocate a "bulk" number of souls. I'm assuming that due to the sheer population constraints, Bethlehem isn't their final destination. As most unable to leave Nuremberg under their own power are members of Rheinland's underclass, my personal guess is that the majority have and will take up blue-collar jobs in Liberty - Most likely upon planetary surfaces.
Whether those people are employed "illegally" is another thing altogether, but I'm certain that this is one of the lesser laws that the Bundschuh Party has broken in its history. Sadly we cannot be responsible for what happens after these families are taken to Bethlehem due to our own resource constraints; I assure you that them being relocated there is far, far better than any "underground" alternative to be taken amongst other groups awry of the rogue Bundesrepublik's or House Liberty's laws.
I hope my explanations were of some aid to you, Herr Kruppstahl.
