Guten Abend Kommandant,
This is my second patrol report.
I was able to patrol from the Dresden System to Hamburg with little problems.
The only complication was with a derelict vessel at the New Berlin planetary docking ring.

100% complete:
At first I was going to leave the ship alone, but when I scanned the ship in question I noticed it had a load of
Red Hessian weapons. It also had a Mercenary ID. This is when I became concerned with the ship waiting above the docking ring. I made an attempt to hail the vessel and inquire to why he was there.
I made several attempts to contact him as follows:
Piloten Darkblade, are you there?
Piloten Respond.
Piloten DarkBlade, failing to respond to the orders of a Rheinwehr fighter counts
as an act of hostility.
Piloten DarkBlade respond to my hails.
Firing Warning Shot.
Piloten DarkBlade remove your craft from the New Berlin Docking Rings!
Piloten DarkBlade remove your ship now, this is a direct order from the Rheinwehr.
This is your last warning, remove your ship or I will do it for you.
Weapons Primed.
Firing one more warning shot.
Piloten DarkBlade, respond or I will DESTROY your ship, this is your last warning.
My orders are clear, destroying derelict ship.
I waited approximately 30 seconds to one minute between each warning.
-------------------
Once the ship was destroyed I was contacted by the Kurger miner who witnessed the event and was told the ship was there for over a period of 2 hours. While I couldn't officially confirm this, I have no reason to distrust the miner in question.
This situation was new to me, as I have never had to deal with a derelict ship before. There had been no other RM personal in flight at the time and had no one else to confirm if my actions are appropriate.
I would like to make it clear I had the best interest of the Rhein in mind when I destroyed the ship and I tried to keep the Field Manual in mind with this encounter. I have read over it several times and believe this was the best course of action. However if I was wrong I will take any punishment befitting the crime.
