Player Sanctioned: NC-Andreas.Massoni~V / Decadent|Aoi

Decadent|Aoi (And later NC-Andreas.Massoni~V ) has been sanctioned for:

1.5 Meta/powergaming
4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, that character/ship does not re-enter the same system for 2 hours and the Player, on any of their ships, cannot reengage the aggressors on any character for 2 hours. You are allowed a grace period of 5 minutes to leave the system with an empty cargo hold and you are safe from further attack during this grace period within that system. If the attacker(s) log off, you may re-enter the system you died in

Consequences:

You were fighting a player along with a mate of yours and were losing, upon which your Aoi ship fled and, once out of range, you F1ned and switched to an Outcast ID - which then instantly came back and engaged the player. A player who had combat-docked during this time and was leaving the system. A player who specifically told you that they are trying to do so. From the logs it seems as though the docking Message was at 20:34:34 and the message to 'stop' shooting the player was at 20:37:04 (2 minutes 30 seconds in to his 5 minutes to leave the System).

That is not alright. You will find both of your ships are lacking guns and are crammed onto the Police Prison Station in Bastille until you post an explanation as to why this will not happen again.

Okay so here's some things:

AFC ship undocked just after he docked. AFC ship was NOT leaving the system. (I will remind you that it was in Cortez and he docked at the planet, you can leave the system for 40 seconds by taking literally 1 lane, yet it didn't manage to leave for 2 and the half minutes). AFC ship was behaving provocative and just flying around as if he didn't just blown up. That was extremely OORPly and annoying. AFC have started to leave once it got shot at, 5 minutes didn't pass indeed and my bad that I didn't check that, it felt longer. Even though I have to admit that 4.1 was technically broken. My bad.

Now, I don't see anthing that would hit on 1.5 Meta/powergaming, can I please have some evidence on this?

PS: Guys please vote on my SRP change request, it isn't so hard.

1. Yes I did undock just after I undocked. I was finished being treated like this in pvp and wanted to move on. I decided to be pvp dead and leave the system since I already had plans to meet [HA] anyway. (this happened along the way)
2. I actually was leaving the system but then noticed that the NC ship was following me to try to kill me on the other side of the gate so I just turned around and went the other way in the lane. I then saw the Aoi also try to interrupt me so I went back again. Is that so bad? I was in my 5 mins and I was trying to see how I could get out of the system against these pvpers who wanted to kill me so bad.
3. I was not being "provocative" . Whatever that means in this context.
4. What was extremely oorp and annoying exactly? I did nothing wrong! I was trying to leave unharmed. Again, they are putting fault on me.
5. I did not start to leave once i got shot at. The whole time i was trying to leave.

As I mentioned before, perfect timing. You undocked from Curacao and didn't manage to leave for 2,5 minutes (according to your own logs) before you was shot at.

Why are you lying so openly now? Only Aoi there was me and I relogged my NC- because I lost my guns and there was no base around to buy new guns. Now you are saying that you was threated by NC and Aoi at the same time. Apparently someone is telling the truth. And if I really wanted to attack you in California, I would.

When combatdocked people are randomly floation around, it's annoying and oorply, you know.

It was a areally complicated task to take one lane and the gates for 2,5 minutes when spooky Aoi ghosts were trying to kill you. And it took you only around 15 seconds after you got shot at, magic.
