Code of Conduct I: Around the base there is a 5k No-Fire zone. Anybody proven to be in violation of the NFZ or actively trying to incite a breach of the NFZ will be considered hostile, depending on the circumstances. Leave your hostilities at the 5k-line and pick them up there when you leave.
II: Mind your own business. It does not matter what legal or illegal activity you see, or what faction you may encounter. You do not pass information to anyone, as this may cost our station the acceptance of the locals. If any such case arises you will be considered hostile to this operation and spaced through the nearest airlock.
III: The Respite is a legal operation Rules I and II apply for this rule, aswell. You are responsible for keeping your business yours. The Respite will deny any and all involvement in legal, illegal or other undertakings. We do not care what you bring to the base or take from it - we are not involved.

Services The Junkers Respite is a neutral base, intended to provide a safe haven to any and all pilots in need of one. The Respite has established a 5k enforced No-Fire Zone. Anybody in violation of that zone will be considered hostile to the station. The purpose of this protection zone is to serve as neutral ground for enemies to conduct treaty negotiations without worrying about interference from the outside.
Furthermore, the Respite offers loans for transports and mining equipment and information to help new miners and traders get a leg up in the tough economy of today. To complement this service, the Respite also offers cheap storage space for a minor fee. What you store does not matter to us - you get a key to a storage unit and that's where our involvement ends. Ofcourse we cannot store illegal items to you, officially. But we have faith in your honest intentions, obviously.
