Members of the Rheinland Polizei, Rheinland Government,
This may be a couple days late but it has come to my attention that one of our transport vessels was stopped by Rheinland Authorities and asked to depart the houses' space. Firstly I apologize for the inconvenice this had to any law enforcement involved in the stop, as I fully understand why the vessel would be stopped and asked to depart your space. I would like to ask the Rheinland Government and law enforcement to consider the following appeal on behalf of Harmony.
Harmony would like to formally gain a legal status within Rheinland, in conformance with Rheinland Law, total complicity with the law, and a neutral status with Rheinland Law Enforcement. All we would ask is the ability for our transports to freely travel in Rheinland space, being as direct towards it's goal as possible, to retrieve it's cargo, legal ofcourse, and return to it's home. In the future this could potentially lead to consumption of Rheinland goods, and allow us to purchase services from Rheinlands corporate entities.
Another portion I am aware of is a common enemy we face. One of our transports was unjustly assaulted on its way out of Rheinland by a Bundschuh vessel, which to my understanding is a criminal within Rheinland. Our pilots would be very willing to assist Rheinland forces in eliminating their unlawful threat where possible, if permitted.
A second thing I would ask for our mutual benefit, is a small fighter escort for our transport vessels, for self defence as well as the occasional hunting mission, with your permission, in Hamburg to route out any LSF spies we encounter.
I am ofcourse available for discussion, questions, or any other concerns you may have, please feel free to inquire. I do hope we can come to a mutually beneficial conclusion to this, and until the matter is settled, our ships will not enter Rheinland space.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrte Captain Linford.
We apologize for the delay, but the issue turned out to be quite...complicated due to specific nature and history of your organization. There were very different opinions between members of the government and the Bundestag and thus discussion and the vote required a lot of time, and in addition the proceeding had to be interrupted for Christmas holidays.
Anyway, decision has been reached finally and I have to inform you that your request was rejected. Reason I can mention is opinion which part of members shared that it would be politically and mainly diplomatically too delicate at this moment to provide support to your organization by issuing law exception which would allow you to freely move, trade and obtain materials and supplies in space of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland. In case this would change in the future, we would contact you or you may reach us again yourself.
