Slade has been sanctioned due to a report filed on March 15 for:
Quote:3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies.
...
3.8 Sanctions for violating conduct rules range a credit/equipment fine to placing inside the prison system, unless specified otherwise in the appropriate rule. Sanctions for violating rules of conduct (other than 3.1 and 3.2) can be used only after the player was warned about the violation, but ignored the warning.
...
5.11 Using F1 in a PvP fight, as well as in any other situations that involve player interactions, is not allowed.
5.12 Sanctions for violationg PvP rules include a credit/equipment fine (no less than 50 million credits), placing character inside the prison system, banning up to 7 days.
Rule lawyering in system chat, abusing OOC, and F1ing from a player-interaction situation.
Simply put, "//" is not an excuse to go out of character in system and should be reserved for EMERGENCIES. This was not one.
Considering you seem to have deleted "Slade," I've taken the liberty of stripping MacAulay instead. You now have a shield, scanner, and ID. Oh, and a shiny sanction notification.
Luvly Jubbly, thanks for that. Hope it makes people feel better. Seems you peolpe can enforce your own rules when you feel like it.
Oh and I didnt f1 out of combat, I wasnt in combat, they were. And badly;)

Well... f1 out of combat is used for any player interaction, such as piracy, or lawful interdiction of trade. Rule lawyering at people is not exactly advised, and for one who was so judgemental of roleplay, you used rather little of it. I think we enforced our rules on you because you broke them buddy. We tend to feel like enforcing the rules when people break them.

Aye well. If it makes you feel better 'buddy'. I think you should of sanctioned half of BAF too for breaking the rule regarding their ID then. Seems the established player factions (who no doubt have admin as members) can act the way they please but the average or new player is penalised no matter what! But I guess its not a case of what you know but who you know on this server. Enough said, end of topic

There were also BAF regulars enforcing the blockade. Let me quote the BAF ID:
Bretonia Armed Forces ID Wrote:Pilot carrying this ID is in the Bretonia Armed Forces, who :
*Can destroy traders in Bretonia who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Bretonia is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Bretonia,
*Can trade and escort traders,
*Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence,
*Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with the Golden Chrysanthemums or Outcasts,
*Cannot participate in any unlawful actions, *Cannot demand any contraband from anyone within the following systems: New London, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Manchester,
*Cannot fulfill bounty contracts,
*Cannot use any Liners except the Royal Liner and Prison Liner.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Royal Liners and Prison Liners, Gunboats.
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Scanning for and demanding contraband falls under police jurisdiction unless the Bretonia Armed Forces player is in a system that is NOT listed above in the ID.
The ID does not disallow interdiction of cargo deemed illegal in the Leeds system. On these grounds the BAF enforces Martial law in Leeds, including the embargo.
Look whatever ok, its just a game so I apologise for getting so worked up over it. If my wife would agree to sex once in a while I woldnt be so stressed out, but oh no, she'd rather watch soap operas and dancing on ice than getting down and dirty. Its no wonder I am highly strung.
Delete these messages etc to prevent a flaming war or any further remarks. I have made my peace with BAF as far as I am concerned and you also have my request regarding the player sanction I made.
