Greetings, recipient.
I am writing to you as a cruiser captain of Liberty Navy's 1st armada. The objective of this communication is to ask about the possibility of acquiring one hull of Bretonian-engineered "Crecy" destroyer in the possession of the 46th Fleet.
Please let me know if any Crecy hulls are available. Ready hulls would optimal, but mothballed or deactivated hulls can also serve. I can handle the repairs and reactivation if necessary. Any expenses such as transportation and bureaucratic processes can also be handled.
A reminder, I must say that I speak personally and not in the name of the first armada.

Good Evening,
I am Rear Admiral Shepard of the 46th Liberty Navy and have been tasked to entertain this request of yours. A few things I need to know before I approve or deny this request. Do you know what chain of command is? I ask because for a request of this nature you would think a few steps above you would have made the call. Either way The Liberty Navy Archer Class is one if not the best cruiser in Sirius. Its maneuverability and destructive power is matched to none. Tell me why you or the 1st Armada need a Crecy hull?

Good evening, Rear Admiral.
Firstly, I thank you for taking your time to answer my request. Secondly, my apologies if such request is lacking formalities regarding the chain of command. I spoke about the issue with admiral Leer in private, where he responded positively towards my requisition. If necessary, I can forward our conversation to the admiral.
About the archer cruiser itself, I agree. Its forward gun and maneuvering is unmatched. A true vessel for war. But that is the problem: Me and my crew are tasked with patrols, protecting the lanes against raiding parties and the occasional daring pirate cruiser within core liberty space. While the archer would undoubtedly be excellent against the insurgent battleships and battlecruisers, this is no longer the case, as I heard. Our most common foes are agile bombers, gunboats and nimble pirate destroyers and cruisers. The concentrated firepower of the archer is mostly reserved for bigger, heavier targets. The crecy-class destroyer would provide me and my crew with the more conventional and versatile firepower needed to take on such threats.

Good evening.
We needed a few days to look over our logistics and currently we don't have any spare Crecy hulls that we can confidently provide. These ships are limited in number and we need what little we have in order to maintain our own. That being said, while we must deny your request its not because we don't want to more so we don't have the capability at this moment. We believe your best bet is to speak to the Kingdom of Bretonia, good luck.

Good morning, Rear Admiral.
Thank you for your time and I apologize if you had to go through any trouble to process my requisition. I'll follow your advice and try direct contact with the armed forces of Bretonia for any surplus hulls. If all goes well, I might try securing a spare part agreement to supplement the navy's limited amount of hulls. I'll let you know.
