Like the old database;

If people on this list wish to be removed, they must pay the fine, plus 10% of the fine for every day since the offense, maxing out at 300% (30 days). If there is no fine set, there will be a standard two million (may change without warning or notice) fine to pay to get off this list. I reserve the right to decide if people permanently stay on the list.

Insert any other details or comments here: i had some problems with him be for, i tried to stop him for a scan and he would not stop. after i told him if he did not halt his ship i would engage, he stopped his ship. all went well with the scan. i was on my way to Pittsburgh when he caught up with me, and started to fire on me with out warning. after a brief battle he docked with the trade lane to Norfolk, that's when i lost him.

• Attempted piracy on Corporate Ships near Pueblo Station in Colorado. I was able to intercept and the piracy did not continue, however the Rogue refused to pay the fine. Being in a Patriot, I felt it prudent not to press the issue with the Rogue.
  
• Attempted Murder of a Police officer. Attacking and the Destruction of an LPI Officer's ship. I was first eyewitness to this, actually engaged in combat with the suspect, alongside the following. Callsign LPI-SWAT.Victor.Sturm
  
• Attempted Murder of a Naval officer.Attacking and the Destruction of a Naval Officer's ship. Callsign : Commander.
  
• I don't know if this will help the Rogues situation, but they did not kill me. They let me go.
  

Fine/Action recommended:

Fined 2 million by the commanding LPI officer at the time, for the attempted piracy of Corporation Ships in Liberty space. I recommend much more for the subsequent destruction of two LPI and Navy ships. I'll leave that up to more experienced officers to work out.
