[font=Trebuchet Ms]And here I am again,[color=#33CC00] brigadegeneral Hoerts. I don't know what kind of reports do you receive, [color=#33CC00]if any, but The Ministry of Ban operates with satisfying success on Rheinland territory. We managed to blockade, more precisely ban, Berlin gate in Stuttgart on more than several occasions and therefore prevent in-flow of credits. In 100% of cases we managed to hold the blockade for at least an hour or two. And in 70% of cases we repelled the fascist pigs, as you sometimes call them. One time we even received some help from your guys and it all went well. I only wish that there was more of such colorful events in which Rheinland military loose their capital ships within the very heart of their so-called motherland.
As our (dis)organization rapidly grows, so does our need to sustain it. No, I'm not gonna ask for ships or guns this time, although anything what you can provide is definitely welcome. This time I'll ask for other type of aid, aid in a form of food and drinks, some repair materials, but I'm also gonna request a free access to Wolfsburg shipyard for the Ministers. Technology that you provided us can't repair itself on its own, and can't repair itself by mechanics on some distant bases, where there's no knowledge of Hessian technology.
In short, I want you to completely but temporarily finance us until we manage stabilizing our position. As the time pass, I shall find some other way of financing us and we'll make it more easier for you. Problem is that I hate the concept of money but it seems inevitable now that the time to charge people for certain favors is at the door. And that's crucial to keep our Ministry stabbing where it's necessary.
I can understand if all these requests cannot be entirely fulfilled but any help is welcome. And if you got some additional ideas that might help us, we'll surely listen.
As my constantly unemployed father, a drunk and a fiend, always use to say: "If you're good at something, never do it for free."

Ja, I would imagine you'd get my technology all scratched up soon enough. You'll get your access to Wolfsburg, but here are the terms: I want you to maintain plausible deniability with us in the public. This is necessary for a contingency plan of mine should some of my dealings in the Omega systems fail. Don't hang around our bases too much, I don't want any scrutinising eyes on me just yet.
Oh and, there is one more kleines thing. Since you will be stopping by, there is a certain project being developed in the shipyards that my superiors want to reserve as a surprise to our enemies. Yes, there is a "no pictures allowed" rule in place but that's not the gist of what I want.
Our engineers are all but done with it, but there are a couple of... problems that are yet to be fully solved. Of course we are on a tight schedule so we need to improvise: it has recently come to my attention that Liberty engineers have indeed solved this problem for us. Of course, we can't exactly go and ask them for some blueprints and schematics, their response would be nothing short of maniacal laughter followed by military shock and awe after what we've done to their precious invasion fleets in Hudson a few months back. And I have my forces far too stretched to send a strike group into Texas and take on the Liberty Navy head on.
Und this is where you come in. I want you to take your men, go to Liberty and hunt me down a Siege Cruiser. Any functional one. Take pictures and scans of the design and bring me back any bits and bobs that fall off. In fact, the whole front section would be fine. The moment you bring all that to Wolfsburg, you'll be treated like heroes there and I won't even need to make any special arrangements!
I am completely confident in your ability to deliver on this task, don't disappoint. The lives of many Hessian freedom fighters depend on you. If you need any specific tools for the task let me know and I'll see what I can do.
[font=Trebuchet Ms]It shall be done, [color=#33CC00]Lord Hoerst, as soon as we settle up our steeds. [color=#33CC00]And thou shall be pleased. May The Force of Ban bless thee, my lord... In a month of May.

Long time no speak. How is your progress? I believe if I don't hear back from you soon, I will have to start organising my own team to send in and hunt down that verdammt kreuzer. Report back to me, the clock is ticking.
[font=Trebuchet Ms]A lot of things are happening lately, [color=#33CC00]mister herr Hoerst. Besides being captured by those pesky hunters and my toe cut off by them semi-lowfools, [color=#33CC00]The Ministry is heavily focused on operations in Rheinland and Omegas. Both Sairs and Rheinland Military/Police are pressing us hard. But with cooperation with both RHA and Rotte Front guys, we're managing to partially control the situation.
What you requested of us is still in a planning stage. We cannot just enter the Liberty and steal those blueprints. Despite that I'm a man of quick and senseless improvisation, this task can't be fulfilled in that manner.
Our spies have already found out that blueprints can be extracted from Norfolk Shipyard. That's all the info I work with at the present moment.

I want to make sure you understand just how important this is to the war effort. Work swiftly, and know that I have my own contacts in Liberty which I can use to assist you in a variety of ways, in case you come up against a barrier. We need those blueprints... or one of their cruisers. Whichever is easier.
