Good day there, my friends!
As you well know, we, Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing (or Queen Carina's Privateers), have been stationed upon the Kusari border, on the Battleship MacDuff, orbitting Harris.
We should finish outfitting shortly, our supply ship, the Queen's Ransom, being based around Glasgow Outpost and the Battleship Derby in the Leeds system. This is a slightly safer location than the MacDuff, although it is still close enough to provide supplies to our fighters as they prepare to strike into the heart of the Kusari trade network.
Of special note is the Kusari Naval Force's Deuterium supply line from the Zoner enclave on Planet Gran Canaria. I want you boys and girls to redirect such shipments back into Bretonia if you are able. If this isn't possible, just make sure these supplies do not end up in the hands of the enemy.
Use this channel for any questions or reports please, folks. The channel is only encrypted one-way, so we may also receive incoming transmissions from external sources, such as the Sirius Federation.
Have fun out there, and remember to be polite and friendly when you're robbing the bastards.

I got your message. No gunboats for now, that money can be put to good use elsewhere. In the meantime, I am negotiating the final purchase of a Bretonian Templar.

Good day, my fellow privateers! I have to say that I am thrilled to have been allowed to join this jolly band at the eleventh hour, as it were. I look forward to making your aquaintance in space, raking in the sovereigns and generally kicking the wretched Kusari war machine back from whence it came.
Enthusiasm duly noted. Jolly band indeed. Keep it up.
-Stuart out!

I need a favour, old buddy. I need you to keep an eye on the new recruits. They're good folks, just very... energetic. Make sure they know what our primary targets are and make sure they don't get themselves in over their heads. They'll probably get themselves in trouble sooner or later, and you're the pilot I trust most with making sure they don't do anything too foolish.
Also, we've had to make deals with rather untoward individuals. Blame the Admiralty for that. Anyway, I'll be blunt; keep an eye on Juno Kietan. Her heart is in the right place, but I'm not sure that her brain is. I especially want to make sure she doesn't overdo that Cardamine habit of hers. Don't be pushy though... she has organised a lot of funds and arms for us. We have to take the gifts that are offered, it seems.
Thanks a lot,
-Andrew out

OOC: Photuin, that may be a typo on your part, but your ship should be tagged [QCP] and not [QCB]. Just letting you know just in case.
Quote:Finally, I am ordering a general assembly of all KNF fighter squadrons at approx. 1800 UT on Saturday. Please scramble your fighters and meet at the BS Nagumo for further instructions. Sushi and Sake on High Command after the assembly!
Today I had a bit of a run in with three of the notorious Phantoms outside Southampton Shipyards. Myself, quite alone in my Husser, versus the three excellent pilots... I held out as long as I could, though my small ship could hardly damage their rather heavy fighters. With no help ariving, my poor ship was eventually critically damaged, putting me out of the fight. Luckily I was right outside the shipyards, so the floating hulk that was my ship and I was quickly recovered.
Scanners indicated that the Phantoms proceeded through Leeds and into the Magellan system.
That was very brave indeed. Be proud of yourself for your valour, pilot.
However, whilst your busy being proud of your valour, remember that its better part is discretion. We are not a front-line combat unit, so use skirmish-style tactics and avoid fights that you can't win.
