I've noticed that of late the discovery RP 24/7 server has had no where near as many people playing on it as it used to, i have recently been experiencing problems finding the server and other people might also be having this problem,
if you are having trouble with this either
1. use Xfire to find the server
2. place a freelancer shortcut on your desktop (if you dont already have one)
then right click on it and select properties in the properties window. once in the window find the target box and enter this after the file path. " -s87.72.29.113:2302" make sure you include the space, but not the quotes
p.s if you find this helpful can you post it elsewhere
The reduce in player count since the server came back is because those players don't actually use the forums. So they probably wont find this notice either

And that would do nothing to find the server, since that is not the servers IP address anymore.
The logical name for the server is in the dsupdate.cfg which is used to look up servers running the Discovery mod. That entry is present when you have installed the full Discovery mod, and let it update itself to the latest update. So no need for the -s parameter in the shortcut.
