Greetings to the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Gallic Royal Navy and Gallic Royal Police
I am the Guildmaster of an organization that works closely with, yet is seperate from,
all lawful Naval and Police forces, the Bounty Hunters Guild.
Our group are experts in security training, route clearance, transport of hazardous or important materials and personnel, escort services for trade vessels, explosive ordnance disposal, auxiliary police services and manned guarding services in hostile areas to safeguard personnel, installations, and equipment.
We have been doing this for hundreds of years, and we are recognized as THE experts in this field.
At this time, I have sent representatives from our organization to a neutral location near your territory. These people are there to meet with your representatives and to arrange contacts and contracts that can be beneficial to all of us. Thank you for your time and effort, and my people look forward to meeting with yours.

Is this a joke? The way of a Sirian to "break the ice"? Or just an insult, a waste of my time? Sending me a transmission like this on a rather special day to me.
We have our own soldiers for hire and will never have need for second class Sirian weaponry or soldiers. As for your representatives, I know not where you sent them, for we have no neutral location for your kind in our space. The only neutral place for a Sirian in Gallia? A graveyard.
Stay out of loyalist space, stay away from the Gallic Royal Navy, the Gallic Royal Police and you might just live to see another day.
