I would like to point out that this is not me either...
Neither has the ship left Conn since I made the purchase, nor have I engaged in any conversations requiring me to PM the owner of an AI Cruiser. I also do not recall saying that phrase in any way.
I bought the ship on the 7th, was sent the codes to the character Mingsk, then I logged on and moved it to one of my accounts.
From the evidence that was shown me, there is indeed a discrepancy here.
If I completed the purchase on the 7th, looking at the timestamp on the "incriminating" screenshot easily indicates that I was not even in possession of the ship at the time.

I would like to say something regarding this warning too, I've bought through Skype, one of jetblack357's bombers. The Roc bomber was also named Mingsk.
I don't want to get sanctioned for something that the previous owner did.

This was just a warning, after all. If there was the loss of guns, credits and/or jail time then I could understand all the worry. Let it rest and play nice.
