Gentlemen,
It has been a while since we had the opportunity to talk. The last time we met I was in the Apollyon, 'though for my own safety I found it better to not mark the vessel. Plans for the development of Hallam are still ongoing. These things take time, but your requirements have been meshed into the planning - it should not be an issue to have the vast majority of the working force there to be Libertonian.
It is however another opportunity I contact you for. The Independent Miners Guild does not have many contacts within Liberty, and those we do have would likely be... unsympathetic to our requirement. You have by now no doubt heared of the conflict unfolding in the Omega 7 system. Our base, Freistadt, has taken a good deal of damage in the course of this conflict, and the fighting isn't letting up.
Freistadt, like Freeport 4 and Outpost Holman, was originally constructed by DSE. No doubt the war with Liberty and the continuing decline of DSE's own mining operatoions have caused that company to dismiss a large portion of it's workforce. We understand your cause is to assist the workers of Liberty. We have at present a need of engineers and maintenance workers familiar with older DSE station designs. Both Holman and Freistadt are in need of a major overhaul. I will stipulate that both stations lay in largely lawless, or conflicted space, but we offer a good wage to compensate for the dangers (which, in the event of a fatality, will be payed out to the nearest family members).
I can offer only the opportunity, and transit for people willing to take it. However, I am uncertain how to go about finding the people who would be interested. Would the Xeno movement have the means?
Regards,
- Johnathan Sanders, on behalf of the Independent Miners Guild

We do not engage your ships, because the Xeno movement was a angry miners movement. We do not attack miners at all. Well except those BMM dogs but that's a different story.
We're rather proud that some miners made such a huge step. However. Our hearts and souls, our families and those we care about most, are with Liberty.
No Xeno shall ever leave Liberty and still be called a Xeno. The few DSE workers we have, are busy keeping an old DSE base of us up and running.
Within Liberty, we're willing to support your guild. Out of Liberty, on the edges of Rheinland even, you've got to find someone else.
