Done. Displaying message: "Good day ladies & gentlemen,
You can address me as Saerieve, a freelancer working for the Blood Dragons - a Kusarian group you have probably come across already -. With the advancing Royalists into Taus region I've been asked by the Dragons Shogunate to gather as much information on Royalists as possible, but to do so, I need a closer "staging ground" to Gallic border worlds. Which is why I am contacting you on this channel.
What I am asking you basically is docking right on your bases across Gallia border worlds, as well as a fully equipped Moonbeam with standard Gallic Civilian transponder and ID cards, carrying the fake identification of "Pierre Leveque" - Which I'll of course pay for in Sirius credits. It is to alow me to pose as a Gallic civilian and to gather intel on Royalists movement and next goals to forward to the Shogunate, an intel of which I can share with you as well if you wish to. However, I know the game so you can rest assured. I'm not going in for a fight, so you won't have to worry about me dragging Royalists to your bases or anything like that.
I'm currently stationing my ship somewhere around Taus, and will wait for your reply before moving out to Orkney.
Yes, I believe your particular skills may be of some service to us M'sieur. Currently we are fortifying our position in Languedoc against further direct assaults, sadly this leaves us unable to counter the GRN raiding parties entering Taus. In exchange for docking rights on Council bases we require information - namely patrol routes and paths taken by the GRN as they attempt to breach the mine field, numbers of craft and task force composition.
Normally we would simply ask for a pilot to keep their eyes open and record any sightings, but from your reputation, we believe you might be more suited to collecting this information in a more direct manner. We want you disable a GRN strike craft- fighter or bomber class - and retrieve the on-board navigational systems - not an easy task I assure you, but one we believe you are capable of. The Council will be able to spare it's own strike craft to aid you in this matter - but we cannot divert too many ships - so it would be preferable if you did this solo.
The ONLY way to effectively recover the components is the total destruction - this means either by razor or preferably by a nuclear mine - as otherwise the pilot will likely engage the ships self destruct protocols and wipe the navigation memory.
Obviously you would require greater payment for this service, so I am authorized to release either Council weapons systems or a fiscal reward - either can be arranged provided the recording mechanism can be retrieved.
I hope to hear from you soon M'sieur, if you have any questions or concerns over this, then please respond - we can always hammer out any differences.

A rather interesting proposition.
Consider it accepted and done. However, discussing the payment can wait until after the actual assignment is complete.

What you had asked of me is done.
It took me a while to find a lone patrol out in the open, but didn't take me forever. The related guncams are attached, and also, there's another attachment with the data extracted from the black box which seems to be heavily encrypted. However, my part of the deal was simply extracting it. Decrypting it is up to you I'm afraid. Either way, I hope the intel you might get from it turns out useful for you, cause one thing I don't want to see is those Royal pigs gaining the upper hand.
That said, speaking of the payment... You said you can grant me weapons, and that's the part I'm interested in. I've seen those Bastard IIs in combat, and they're totally nasty. However, I doubt the default wiring would fit my Katana, so I'll have to get someone to re-do the wiring on them, but that's not my main concern for now. Main concern is, I am not going to restrict my activities in Sirius just because of your guns, because most definitely, some people won't like getting shot at by your guns. So here's what I'm proposing - I will not use the guns against Council or any of its Gallic allies, and will also lend you a hand if you'd need any help in future, but whatever happens in Sirius is my own business. If any Sirian group comes to you crying about the guns, just tell em I stole it or something, I don't care.
Tell me if you agree, so otherwise we can work out another form of payment.
Excellent, it is good to know that your reputation is well deserved M'sieur. Our Analysts will enjoy working over the information you have retrieved.
As for the payment, the Council is happy to release the weapons to your ownership - whatever comes from it will be dealt with as/when necessary, but we feel the result is worth potential problems in the future.
You will need this code to access the weapons - which have ben prepared for you a Council Military space port on Quillan - C/H.4-Z-<3.B/U-M - the Quatermaster will have these weapons transferred to your ship on arrival.
