My name is Wolfgang Esche, I am a member of the Rheinland Bundestag. I have been elected to contact you representing the Rheinland Bundestag.
To encourage and stimulate the Rheinland economy, the Rheinland Bundestag has passed into law a bill which will eliminate the current federal police cargo regulation licencing.
To all whom it may concern:
That means all your additional Bundespolizei permissions and/or restrictions are declared void.
Mit freundlichen GrueÃen

Herr Esche this is an outrage! Unless such was approved by the Kanzler himself this is an overstepping of the boundaries the Bundestag have.
The regulations are there to help deal with illegal cargo shipments throughout Rheinland, and not in any way designed to prohibit the growth of its Economy itself by restricting companies on what they can ship throughout the Fatherland.
Although the regulations between the Rheinwher and Polizei may be different, they have in no way caused problems in its current economy. The regulations are there because a form of law and order must be upheld. Otherwise you'll be finding shipments such as armaments being shipped from Berlin itself into the hands of say Libertionian soldiers.
The licensing also helps to fund the Polizei itself, bringing in at least 30% of budget. Ending such will mean less officers on duty in helping its citizens, and I don't believe anyone wants to hear that more Polizei officers are forced out their work due to such. The effect would be the reverse of such a proposal and in turn out of fear of more pirates and such, turn the economy in reverse.
I have nothing more to say then what has been said. I'm just a Polizei officer. Not a Politician.

Detective Daniel,
it seems you still don't understand the jurisdiction in Rheinland, consider your objection as reason for demotion.
You are now demoted to Wachmann (trial), this includes all (additional) ship access´ you got granted.
You may contact your superiors in some weeks about an repromotion, after you fulfilled a jurisdiction-test.

1) Ja, they are not longer needed.
2) It was about an discrepancy between the Bundespolizei Cargo Regulations and the Laws of Rheinland and an internal Bundespolizei investigation, which was forwarded to the Rheinland Bundestag.
3) What do you mean with "two wars"?

Subject: Rheinland Cargo Regulations
Good day to you sir, I hope you are well.
If i may, i would like to clarify some questions my trade Captains have been asking.
We are assuming that all embargos of goods already in place between Rheinland and Liberty and the embargo on the transport of goods such as MV's are still regulated between Rheinland and Bretonia.
Are then all other goods that Rheinland exports now free of license restrictions and are now exportable?

indeed, the Liberty cargo embargo and the restriction of military goods in Rheinland are not affected by this bill.
The contract with the Bretonian Merchant Navy is still active.
Every other, not restricted, or as contraband considered, good, is now, as long as not otherwise told in the laws of Rheinland, free to export.
Of course, restrictions for other groups like Liberty corporations and/or junkers are still active.
