Guten Abend, meine Abend und Herren of the Council in Roussillon System.
We are Grunder Industries, a little company and work for Rheinland, IMG and the Zoners.
Collecting data, researching technology and testing it etc.
We will keep this message short and simple. because we don't know how many eyes will see this message.
First, one of hour ships the XB4-Babylon, a heavy dreadnought is at the moment in your system, and we heard some things about your planet and the small population.
Here our offer:
We constructed already on Planet Stuttgart a heavy laser System for intercepting asteroids and ballistic Missiles.
It works to hundred percent.
And we would offer this system for the Planet and mobile shield generators in case of an attack from the Royal Navy.
The price.
We need a operation base close to the Taus for our ships.
The ships are mainly Capital Ships from our friends and allies.

Bonjour Monsieur,
Your words are worrying me a bit. I don't remember granting permission to any of your ships to enter Roussillon, neither recieving any notifications about anybody else in The Council doing so. You know, this is not an open system to anybody and security is important. So I will ask you to leave the system, with flight data erased. I hope you understand.
Besides it I will gladly forward your offer to The Council High Command. I hope our groups will be able to negotiate about it on neutral grounds. This channel will be kept accessible to members of The Council HC as well, in the case they want to contact you directly.
Sincerement,
Capitaine Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil

Bonjour Monsieur,
The reason of me messaging again is that The Council High Command has been reviewed your offer et already made it's decision about it this fast. I have to inform you that your offer has beenrejected. We believe that our planetary defenses are enough to protect us in case of an orbital and/or surface assault. Furthermore we have no interest in letting our system to be used as a base of operations for groups other than the ones inhabiting it.
As for your dreadnought, we relayed et uploaded a file to the operating computer onboard. This program will ensure the deletion of flight data since the second last jump, et will ensure that no log will be made until the second jump after leaving Roussillon. After it, it will expire et delete itself, so don't worry.
However, don't forget to refrain from returning into the system prior to having permission to do so granted by The Council High Command. You can ask for permission anytime via the Neural Net.
Sincerement,
Capitaine Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil

First, danke for the answer. But I guess you didn't take the offer serious, because you send to our captain the message and not to us.
Second, a bit unfriendly and fast. As we said, we can discuss everything. About the base of operation no problem, but we want to help and if doesn't matter with what or how.
Third, flight data are saved on extern systems every minutes backup, because it is not only a ship with big guns. It is also a little colony ship and the data will be always saved, before it even reach the Captain or one of the crew.
Fourth, everyone was friendly in the system and didn't said one thing about "Do not enter this".
To the data, seriously trying to feed a computer with a program or whatever wouldn't work by any ships. And if yes, then we guess the most have backup systems or somewhere the data saved.

Bonjour Monsieur Grunder,
Excuse-moi if I did offend you in any way by adressing one of your capitains only. However I don't find any unfriendlyness in my reply. Your offer was been reviewed et have been rejected by The Council High Command. It just happened to be a fast decision. Negotiations are still welcome if you have anything else a bit more useful for us to offer.
Regardant your flight data, our program has as much freedom moving through such simple backup systems as much the data being stored there has, allowing it to freely erase all data it was programmed to erase, wherever it would be. You know, if it is about to protect our homes by hiding a system, our tech staff will do their best as well as any of us. You can be sure about it, monsieur. As I have already mentioned earlier: Roussillon is not an open system, et I'm glad to hear your vessel left that system. I hope you understand our security measures.
Sincerement,
Capitaine Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil

// Just to clarify things in the case I wasn't clear enough: None of your vessels have any data regarding the location of Roussillon, nor the way there, unless The Council HC decides otherwise.
// This is to prevent any powergaming attempt about revealing the system to anybody we don't want to.
