Good day gentlemen and ladies of The Council.
I am Mikrosh Ancestor, Spokesman of Obsidian Zoetic, a small zoner corporation.
Today we have entered your space without asking for approval. I would like to apologize for that incident. It was my mistake.
We, OZ are a fair trade company. And I want to ensure you that we have no political implication with any House Government and we intend to keep it that way.
Our only interest is to provide help for civilians all across the Sirius and Gallic system.
OZ seeks to provide health care and provisions for those in need.
We would like to ask for passage trough your systems, only on regular routes, any of our ships that is not following a regular route trough your system is free to shoot.
In exchange we will provide any medical and live support supplies or luxuries for your civilians.
It would be extremely helpful if you would state your terms and the supplies your civilians lack.
If you want any more information about us, we can meet face to face, I don't like to discuss business without seeing each other, it is disrespectful.
I wish you a good day and I await your approval.
Thank you for your time.

Bonjour monsieur.
As a I said to you previously in person, asking is all you need to do.
The route your ships that pass through the system are to take is the following:
Tau 29 Jump Hole - Battleship Pamiers - Planet Planet Tolouse - Perpignan Freeport - La Boulou Outpost - Newcastle Jump Hole. Your ships are advised not to leave the area, or to venture to the nearby nebulae, with the exception of going to Newcastle Jump Hole. If you do leave the designated route, we can not and will not guarantee your safety, we have yet to fully explore the system to know about all of its secrets. A task we'd appreciate help with, if your Zoner group have the ability to.
At any matter, you are also allowed to dock on any Council installation with the exception of Battleship Pamiers, except in an emergency case.
Should we require assistance in terms of supplies from your group in the future - we will not hesitate to ask.
Au revoir,
Colonel Refaello Sanzio, The Council Revolutionary Forces.
I am glad to hear that Mr. Sanzio, I am sure that this agreement will benefit us all.
We will gladly help in any way we can as long as it doesn't imply any politics.
