Inquisition|LanceR and [RHA]RHB-Niddhog and [M]-Saint.Peter and RHC-Yakut and Inquisition|Ragnarok and HR|peace-death and [RHA]RHB-Ragnarok and [RF]Chimaera have been sanctioned for:
Quote: 5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand, in system or local chat, and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.
6.7 Attacking freighters and transports or demanding cargo or credits from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.
3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
Consequences: Guns, equipment and money from all the ships. Repeatedly dock killing other ships is not cool, you want to take down a base? Fine, do it within the rules.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
As witness of the situation and part of the said base assault I find this sanction not proper. None of the sanctioned killed any of the transports intentionally.
When big group of capital ships attacking the base it is damn easy to instant-kill unarmoured transport un-docking without a chance to stop, because the share amount of 10-15 Battleships and 10 Cruisers shooting kills the transport in one volley before the attackers stop their attack.
In such situations on the rules should be looked from different approach. If the said transport pilots OORPly informed the attackers to stop the attack in order to leave the place they would be let out, apparently this didn't happened, I cannot see why one or two transports shall stop base attack of 20 other players by random undocking in order to die and post a sanctions after.
I would say that none of the said pilots tried to contact the attackers in order to leave the player base, they kept silent random undockings in order to collect material for this circus, you can also see that not one but many ships dropped last shots on them- this is because some were lucky to drop the final shot of the fire barrage.
I would ask admin team to consider reversing the sanction.

15 or 16 times? I can excuse the first one. But the other 14? Nope. You don;t have to fire on that point of the base. Bases are big enough that you can pick a point that isn't where folks are undocking, oh and they did say something about leaving, you lot just never read it.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Actually exactly the docking point of the base must be under fire all the time- because cloaked ships go there ready for the base shield to get low for a sec in order to quick dock and supply the base- the said guys of this base made this- so the only way to prevent is to fire exactly with all guns on docking point.

yeah , so stop shooting at the base so they can undock and another 2-3 cloaked transports can dock, they shouldnt have docked cloaked on the base in the first place
Actually, this is a good way to set someone up to a sanction: all you need is undock several times when the base is under attack and screen it. The base whole was under heavy fire, so no chance one can survive.
Captain of [RF]Chimaera is here. I remember siege of Oberhausen, but I don't remember any transport died by my hand. Maximum-some blasts tooked when transport just undocked on my fire. Nothing special.
May I see screenshot which will proof my guilt?
The whole situation seems intentional to me, why did the transports keep undocking if they knew they are going to die? Perhaps they knew they could use this chance to mass-sanction the attackers because let's face it, people hold massive grudges in Rheinland/Omegas.
Transports knew that they would die yet they kept undocking, it's the same as threatening with reports in my opinion.
