Hola hermanos and Hermanas,
A new day shines upon the Corsair Empire and an era of prosperity lies ahead. As you might already know, i was appointed as the 57th Carabineros Commander. But what exactly is the 57th light wing? In fact, it's quite simple on paper but harder in reality. Before i can answer the question you have to know few things about the motivation behind the 57th light wing initiative.

For a long time, The Brotherhood served as the shield and the sword of the empire. Protecting the empire from the enemies was the main purpose. Now, a new role was attributed to the Brotherhood and pilots were hand picked among the trustworthy corsairs.

The Corsair empire, free minded, united and strong is the emerging force to be reckoned with in Sirius. Many houses if not all houses see us as mere pirates, criminals and bloodthirsty men and women. In facts they are far away from the reality. We are proud, fierce and we are survivors which mean we are predators who take what we need from the feebles.

It's was a reality until our population grew and that our need exceeded the quantity of resources we we're able to gather from piracy, raids and attacks on Rheinlands and Bretonians bases. We unfortunatly need to rely on freelance traders, adventurers, zoners and smugglers to get resources we are no longer able to get in sufficient amounts.

With the arrivals of theses businessmen come also problems in our controlled territories. Its where the 57th light wing comes in action. The short, mid and long term goals of the Carabineros are the following:

Prime objectives:
- Protect the Corsairs empire
- Uphold the empire laws

Secondary objectives:
- facilitate the trade in the empire
- Teach Corsairs, their allies and all visitors about the empire laws

To do so, i would like to remind you that prior to flight, each pilot should be aware of the 26 written laws the Council of Elders gave us.

The task can't be accomplished only by the Brotherhood but by a strong and united nation. This is why I would recruit pilots from the empire who are willing to devote some of their flight time to accomplish the prime and secondary objectives. Any corsair pilots, born in the empire and who are knowledgable about the empire laws are welcome to sign up for Carabinero duty.

Their roles as deputies will consist mainly in upholding and teaching corsairs and visitors the laws within the Empire and report any offenders and proofs to the 57th wing Centurion. The files will be examinated and if needed, an officer will do recommendations or if needed will report directly to the empire court for judgements that require Elders decision.

You can send your application on the current coms channel or via private channel or neural net. Remember that you wont be above the law but you'll be there to serve in the best interest of the Corsair Empire.

After application, you might go under a small test to evaluate your level of knowleges about the laws. The names of the carabineros will also be published on official release to avoid any misunderstandings.

with your and Santa Muerte's blessings, we have new Carabineros Customs Delegate to Corsair Empire Department of goods liberation and trade. Shortly, it's a Pirate Train in our squad, piloting by our Customs Delegate, Senor Goncalo Nunes. All goods we see floating in space - we liberate. Making goods to float there is another story. We usually take it from some drones with no Customs Pass. Sometimes we take it from traders with no Corsair Empire Customs Stamp on their Trade Licence.

However, our ship was loaded with a little bit of everything, day was nice and we reached Yaren where our goods have met their liberty. That goods will never serve our enemies, noooo way.

Having empty ship and having no ship at all - are the same thing. So we went to deep Sigmas to continue our Customs and Goods Liberation duty. There was a gunboat capitano - El Mojito. He helped us with enemy transport drones. They were rich of FOOD! Thanks to capitano Mojito's mighty guns, many niños will go to sleep with food in their bellies. For a change.
