Eliminated the LWB Guard. In an already small faction fracturing it into two factions isn't that great of an idea, and there wasn't a very big difference anyway. Zapp has been moved to the member rank.
What has been done so far:
We've engaged in diplomacies with the RHA and acquired permission to use their ships with no restrictions on quantity.
We've engaged in one major fight with the RM.
We've attempted to set up training with the VF, but we've been unreliable as of late. We'll keep trying to set this up.
Comments? Criticism? Danke schon!

- Lugers have proven to be among the most efficient weapons of Sirius. Therefore, every Heavy and Very Heavy Fighters is obligated to mount at least two of these precious weapons of ours.
- Natterturns are the products of our valuable allies, the Red Hessians. They are very popular and to be found on our Fighters quite often. - Destroyers are the products of our cooperators, the LWB. We trade them for Lugers with their members. The evidence of this trade must be posted on our message dumps.
- Codenames that can be found in our ZoI, like Jades, Onyx and Iron Hammers are allowed but rarely seen on our vessels.
- Debilitators have proven to be the most efficient shield busters available on our local black market. One will rarely find a fighter of ours that doesn't have one mounted.
Seems there is some sort of miscommunication, at first the VF and LWB were going to use each other's guns freely, but then we decided that as we aren't technically allies we should do this trade deal thing. But... it seems to have gotten lost on your proposal... did this bit change sometime recently or is it just missing?
@Simon Black: they only fly tiny helpless stuff while they get repped, mapped, and blast a few transports. No need to engage a Wrath in a Falcon *cringe*.
Well if the Falcon has all Debs and a Sunslayer/Nuke... *wicked grin* Great, another NCC I get to buy. Twas a good idea, methinks, but not for a faction so small...

You're right, I adjusted the proposal to agree with this.

To clarify that is serving to prove that they aren't exactly useless. They have level guns, even, so it shouldn't be all that bad. Our pilots can still fly them if they so choose.

I adjusted the proposal to this as well. If we were as popular as the Hessians or the Mollies, that might've flown, but we aren't, and in the end it will just serve to chase people away. Recruits get access to Eagles, but if they'd like to fly a Bomber I think doing what was required before is reasonable. These are things that we should be doing anyway, and making them a requirement to get promoted is more of a formality than a requirement, really...
If anyone thinks otherwise, or has any other comments, please post them.

Added the link to the proposal. PMed you a link also.
EDIT: Also added Zone of Influence. It might not be a pretty map, but it works.
