And your really think that with current level of activity this place has any kind of future?
Current activity is by the most part people just hoping for the plan to become reality asap but one thing is true, too long stagnation killed interest and even when the new plan is working it will take a while to become somewhat alive (with the remaining community it will never grow a lot anymore but atleast a bit)
Might just be me being indignant that the Gauls are in Leeds, but why not have a coalition of Houses (Bretonia, Liberty and a re-united Kusari, since even Kusari needs Gallia out of the way if it wants to re-stake its claims in the Taus) mounting a massive counter-offensive against Gallia, and that leaves Rheinland-GMG to do their thing?

It would add something that Disco hasn't had officially built into lore; Houses working together in joint military operations against another House. It's also about time Gallia lost some territory Tongue

Story should be based on Players action tbh
I think story devs shouldnt plan storyline on their own. they should accept or decline player actions - only

Hoping in the current situation is not enough. Doing same thing that nobody finds interesting is irrelevant. Discovery needs something new. Refreshing. The Kusari-Gallia conflict would be an enormous activity boost for both Gallia and Kusari. And now we just wait for the unknown, and for how bloody long?
That would go against the current plan of the story devs about Gallia magically finding the Cortez Jump Hole in Magellan to attack Cortez, because that's totally making more sense than attacking the already weakened Manchester or claiming the lower part of California, which is unguarded since the Yukon is in Cortez and San Diego Borderstation as dead as Freeport 4.

Kusari becomes a matriarchy, and only then every Kusarian politician gets infected?

Current developments were proposed by the devs but thoroughly discussed with the official factions, in Kusari atleast. Concerning KuCiv war and next conflict.

For how long I can't tell. Teerin wasn't around lately, the RP about the KuCiv war end is to a very large player stuff where I have direct involvement atm, just needs a first step to be taken.

Gallia - Kusari war had many reasons to be denied. Why the hell would anyone keep going against Gallia, especially when there's no anti-Gallic Kusari Emperor. The next thing will be in the Sigmas, the people who read the new Sigmas infocards could actually already guess what happens.

I would accept this. Without the infection part :p
It's not as good without tentacles.
