Greetings,

I patrolled From Braunchschweig to Omega-7 Today under the assignment "Operation Gelbwurst". On my patrols I met several ships, mostly trade ships. Only one suspicious ship that was making his way to Omega-7. I followed and watched as he landed on the IMG base. He then noticed my presence and made his way back to Berlin. It seems he was only after an object there, and he moved on. After threatening to turn me in to Authorities. Poor man, didn't even realize I was the authorities. After this patrol, I returned back to Braunschweig. Operation Gelbwurst has not yet yielded any information otherwise.

Meine Herren,

I have once again patrolled ze Omega-7 system, after a failed attempt to destroy a Liberty Dreadnaught with ze 2 BDM Gunboats. I have patrolled ze fields to ensure that Operation Gelbwurst was still going successfully. As sie can see zis is mine standard patrol route of ze system.

There was nothing out of the ordinary to report, it seems tonight is a slow night for criminals, Daumann and Kruger all alike.

Meine Herren,

Today I took the U-007 out for a flight test and encountered the BDM|RNC-Brynhildr outside orbit of Planet Hamburg. Not even 5 seconds later a Freelancer in a Firefly was spotted coming through the lanes to the Planet running the Liberty/Rheinland Embargo. He was hauling a load of Luxury Goods, and refused to halt to our hails, and lead us on a pursuit to the Frankfurt Jumphole and proceeded to run through. He continued to cruise away from myself and the Brynhidr and used evasive manouvers (counter measures) to get away. Luckily the Brynhildr and myself both had Cruise Disruptors, between the two of us, we could stop him. Eventually we stopped him and he opened fire. We returned fire on the Firefly named "Sidewinder" and destroyed it. We returned to Planet Hamburg afterward. This was my patrol today.

Meine Herren,

I went on patrol again to Omega-7. This time there was very much activity there. A Fleet of at least 6 or more IMG vessels where located in the Ebersfelde Cloud. I inquired as to where they're mining operations where taking place, and was given the coordinates. After this I moved to the coordinates (C2) and located the operation. I ensured that they where safe and had some discussions with them concerning the Omega-7 treaty. They finished their operation and took their convoy to the Tau's to deliver their goods. Other then this, I some other transports that where empty, headed toward Bretonia. I returned to Planet Hamburg after this patrol.

Subject: Report

Guten morgen,

I am establishing this connection to report a little Liberty Navy's action at the Hudson gate in Bering. Their groups consisted of 3 battleships, Dreadnought class and a battlecruiser with a bomber escort [X]. The bomber left quickly so I wasn't sure what they were trying to do, but my fighter wasn't very useful against their capitals so I simply left the job to be done by the secondary fleet cruisers. As I've heard from one of the captains of the secondary fleet, Hubert Roth, the battle turned upside down and the fast Military's reaction and a good plan helped them to achieve a good victory in Texas. RNC-Wolfsburg's captain Hubert Roth, my old friend, gave me his guncams from the Texas battle [XXXXXX].

Regards, Schneider out.

Inspektor,
Hans Schneider

Subject: Illegal base

Mein Herr,

One of our informants from Rostock station told me there was a possibly illegal base in Omega 15 just behind planet Skagen.

Due to the nature of Bounty Hunters and scum alike I could not rely on this information to alarm the Buro so I flown out there myself to confirm.

As I was reaching the end of the dust field and my sight was clearing I was able to spot the base from the distance.
[img][Image: screen52_zps3103741b.png][/img]

It appeared as some sort of a freeport on my scanner. And looked just like another hideout for Corsairs, Hessians and criminals alike.
[img][Image: screen54_zpsc211a4ed.png][/img]

I identified myself and tried to dock but the docking control wouldn't let me.
[img][Image: screen55_zps757b82ee.png][/img]

After checking the list of registered outposts it was obvious that this base was illegally constructed and could be a threat to Rheinland's interests in Omega 15.

Meine Herren,

I went on patrol again to Omega-7. I encountered a Freelancer Miner working on IMG missions, I presume to become affiliated with the IMG. I left this man alone and moved back toward Hamburg. Right before entering New Berlin from Frankfurt, I encountered a Hessian Odin, dropping the lanes. He began firing on my Gunboat, and I returned fire. After a couple minutes of him missing with all of his torpedo's and gunfire, he decided to get closer, and that was his mistake. Needless to say, he exploded. Another Hessian removed from space. I returned to Hamburg after this without any damages.

Meine Herren,

Several days ago, the Brynhildr, and the MND-Koeln and myself (U-007) entered New York to strike the enemy behind their lines. We sat at the New York to California Jumpgate, and encountered a Libertorian trade vessel hauling Ore to Pittsburgh we believe. He refused to turn around or drop his cargo, so he had chosen his fate to be destroyed. Shortly after a large group of Liberty Capital vessels arrived at the gate. The Koeln was destroyed, and myself and the Bryn escaped without injuries. I left a cruise severely crippled. I am sure he had to be towed back to spacedock. We managed to escape back to Bering just before an Ion storm arrived. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get guncam footage of the battle.

Meine Herren,

Today was a busy day. I started off in Hamburg, speaking with the RM patrol that was positioned there, when suddenly a corsair flew by. We chased it to the Bering Gate and it just ran after taking a pop shot at my cruiser. I moved back to the planet when the RM informed me of a Hessian Cruiser in Berlin. I made my way to the planet, when suddenly the Hessian cruiser uncloaked right at the docking ring and fired on a Daumann Gunboat. I only had a few seconds to react and fired a couple shots at it before it escaped with half its hull gone. He cloaked and ran.

After my patrol through the system, I made my way back to Hamburg, when I caught a transport from Liberty flown by a Freelancer hauling gate lane parts. He failed to respond to my hails, so I was forced to destroy the vessel. Unfortunately due to my cruisers guncam being deactivated, I only have black box logs of the event.

Code:
[02.03.2013 14:56:46] BDM|RNC-Randgrid: Weiss: Hello there Freelancer
[02.03.2013 14:57:10] BDM|RNC-Randgrid: Weiss: you will hold
[02.03.2013 14:57:22] BDM|RNC-Randgrid: Weiss: Or I will open fire.
[02.03.2013 14:57:45] BDM|RNC-Randgrid: Weiss: I shall open fire
[02.03.2013 14:58:20] Death: Atze was put out of action by BDM|RNC-Randgrid (Missile/Torpedo)

After this, my patrol back to Hamburg was uneventful.

Meine Herren,

Today was a short blockade running patrol at Planet Hamburg. Several ships crossed my path, none of which where a threat or doing anything illegal. A Bretonian transport named Maul crossed my scanners, and exited the lane from Bering and immediately fired on my cruiser. There was no damage, but shots where fired. Shortly after he rammed my vessel and moved along as if nothing happened. I managed to drop the lane to Alster shipyard and confronted the Captain. Whilst doing so I had time to scan his hold, Tourists, legal cargo. He refused to acknowledge anything I said, then proceeded to dock on Altona Station and got away.

Treat this ship as a hostile contact, and ensure he is either vaporized, or turned back to where he came from. Or of course, turn him into the police.
