Nope, you won't. The hacker won't make a report on that guy, and so no one will sanction him.

If the hacker made the report and admins wouldn't able to catch his "Cheat" then you will get sanctioned unless you don't have the proof to defect his report.
So if you see it's an hacker, just start recording video until you die, this way admins won't sanctioned you.
